This has happened to me multiple times, across two separate laptops on multiple internet connection (sometimes as bad as once every ten hands). It just cost me a pretty big pot and I'm sick of it...

The table(s) will just freeze. All of the animations, action, progress, etc. just completely freezes. when I try to click on the lobby, it's also frozen, and will pop-up to the front (like normal), and then instantly hide back behind everything else. When I check my Task Manager (ctrl, alt, del), it says Bovada is "Not Responding" (which makes me believe it's not a connection or issue on my end).

It's rare, but maybe 2x a month this happens. Really blows, especially when you're playing reg tables and can't just hop back on.

Yeah, definitely blows. I wonder why it's happening so frequent for me. Troubleshooted the crap out of it, un-installed/re-installed, etc. Ugh

Yesterday was my first time playing on Bovada since Black Friday. I came in here to look for a fix & alternative before having to buy an extra computer to compensate for Bovada's crappy software.

I don't doubt that you can help fix his computer, however, people should definitely be careful with who they trust with their pc. That aside, I can recreate the same problem he's discussing regardless of computer load because at least in some cases, it is a software issue. Just right clicking while changing seats is generally enough for it to happen (which is why their auto seating addition was great). So while I'm not saying his issue isn't a computer problem, the same problem can happen without it being related to the pc.

It is doubtful HoldemIndicator grabs packets, because they are encrypted with SSL. I built my own, so I know how I did it. There may be other ways. Why do you ask?

Because I am curious and because I may want to build my own as well. I have been playing around with programming here and there, and specifically trying to find projects related to poker. I'll pm you if you don't mind sharing.

When I try to use Bovada Mobile on my Iphone 5 it tells me it is meant to be played in landscape mode and to turn my phone to the side but when i do in either direction it does not recognize that I have turned it to the side. Any ideas?

yeah in terms of absolute money over that short of a session. Of course, I've lost alot more money in a single session (like -22k) than this one (-5k)
