They never left, it's just that tables get rebalanced and there's not 9 of them at the same table. The problem is there's still a high enough % of them in the field after late reg that you'll likely get 2/3/4 at your table. If default timebank + extended timebank were both shortened it would discourage them as stalling would become less effective.

Bodog has clearly issue since I get unreal various bugs:
- client sometimes prompts for user and psw (like some weeks ago)
- sometimes the bodog.com site doesn't load it
- sometimes when I am able to log in I get the msg that my request cannot be fulfilled
- my balance is 0 while I have more

Hi I can't download any hand history files or even view them. I just get the error "Connection to the server cannot be established at the moment. Please try again later". I'm on windows

I did what was suggested earlier in this thread. I deleted the "poker-client-electron-common" folder and the "ignitioncasino-eu-poker" folder.

There are no other folders in the appdata folder for my username. There is no Bovada folder as there were in the posts back from 2019.

I also tried a fresh install

I think I maybe know what caused it, closing the client while it was still retrieving the hand histories. It was taking forever so i tried to restart the client.

I tried chatting with Ignition support but they were telling me to use Chrome as the default browser which seems entirely unrelated then we became disconnected. Should i continue down this path with them or format my hard drive lol

This worked:

close client

uninstall ignition

manually delete the folders in quoted post

manually delete "Ignition Casino Poker" in Program files (x86)

restart PC (I think I forgot this step the first time)

reinstall

The hands still aren't downloaded. Probably lost those forever which is fine because it was just one day of HHs but at least I can view and request more hand histories tomorrow

The way I always download mine was to click "download all" and give it a few minutes then start toggling between the MTT or SNG at the top and watch in the folder for the files to appear. My MTTs would only screw up the duplicate ones showing 1kb file size as those were rebuy duplicates of the same tourney. My original buy in file would save fine. I never risk closing the client until all hand files were downloaded as one of them is going to get screwed up and show 1kb file size with an error message inside the text file.

Ignition only holds one week of all hand histories so if don't get them by then they are gone forever. You can e-mail support or ask the ignition forum mods to "reset" your download hand history and that would allow the software to let you redownload the ones that you already tried to download over the last week.

Any other hi-lo cash game players having trouble getting a table to come up? Whenever I try, it loads to 99%, then freezes - doesn't even bring up the empty table. Going on 3 days now. The other games (plo, holdem) come up fine. Did the cache/cookies thing. Switched browsers. No luck. And of course, support = worthless. I use the browser, not download. Just trying to figure out if it's me or the site. If it's the site, I figure they will eventually catch on and maybe fix it. Thanks.

Three days for me too. But I use the desktop client not the website.

Is cash game traffic down or is the client just wonky with table distribution since the last few updates? I used to be able to get 4 tables of PLO at my chosen stakes just about every night of the week; now I get 2 full tables and spend a good chunk of time navigating multiple half full tables and/or games breaking constantly.
There's also regularly times now where I'll be sitting at an empty table for 5 minutes plus and then it suddenly drops me in to a half full table that has clearly been running for some time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not now but I constantly get small errors, glitches, bugs. Have to close and reopen the client several times for HUDs to pop up, sometimes a table will close and re-open itself again and a huge ETC of bs. I just assume now this is the perpetual state of Bodog and there's nothing that will change it, is just a shitty piece of software and playing on there means accepting that.

Yes getting this also. I'm stuck in a perpetual update loop, the only way I can login is to re-install, then it forces me to update, at which point I get a login error. Shambles.

Yep, I've noticed this as well in regular cash games. I'm assuming it's less traffic for some reason. I'm on Iggy.

I play NL .5-1 and 1-2 full ring, it used to be very easy to get 4 tables going by 730pm and now
its a struggle to get 3 tables going. After the last update is when the traffic def started to go down
for me.

The desktop client defaults to my my preferred game and stakes even after an uninstall* and fresh reinstall. That's unexpected, right? I think that means the uninstall isn't actually uninstalling everything. Whatever preferences it is leaving behind may be the culprit that is stalling our game window at 99%?


*uninstall procedure was to run the unins000.exe file in the ignition program folder, then manually trash the left over folder along with any residual files within the folder.
