3 hours into the session i'm lagging bad, and just disconnected for one hand, so I guess they didn't fix that

Considering how dead traffic usually is at this time on a tuesday, and considering the fact that it is going to be more dead than normal right now because of the server update, lagging right now is a bad sign.

I think we should email pokerstars and acr and try and get triple ups running on there site also, because I would love to play on a more reliable site and be able to play more then 4 tables at a time.

I haven't bothered with MTTs yet, but noticed absolutely zero changes so far. Pretty incredible.

If you've been on this network for as long as I have you have to keep your expectations low when it comes to nightly maintenance. When improvements actually come then you can be surprised and happy about it.

A software patch isn't what brings double ups and triple ups back to your lobby it's simply them adding the games on the back end. They can do this at any time so unless those sngs have a security issue it won't require a client update.

They also did nothing to fix the mislabeled blind structures problem that is in several mtt/satellite lobbies. Here is an example:



Turbo is not 10 minute blinds. This is the first one I opened up but some of them have much worse false advertising such as a hyper structure stating you get 1000 or 1500 chips with 10 minute blind levels.

Damn... I was hopeful that this would fix the connection issues at least and from yall's posts, it isn't looking promising. Guess it's time to move to ACR which sucks because I mostly play zone.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. You mean to tell me that they let you guys login several hours before the scheduled time that they originally said we'd be able to...allowed you to sit and play at tables.....and then SUDDENLY KICKE YOU OFF OF THEM MID-HAND?

I mean, kicking everyone off 15 minutes ahead of schedule, also mid-hand, amidst of course the most absurd disconnect/lag issue I have ever seen on a site, to perform the update is where the previous low was. But the situation you guys seem to be describing is somehow even worse. Good job Ignition, you crap ass site.

You know what? Eff that. You are one of two big sites that still field Americans. At least be basically competent. Anything less, which we are definitely getting, is a slap in the face. Rubbing our face in the mud we already wallow in ever since BF. Give us a break. Get a rep here on 2+2 and start actually listening to feedback.

The customer service people are always nice enough folks, but my goodness, they hardly register as human.

I'm not having lag or DC issues, but I'm only about 30 minutes into my session so far.

I'm not sure what has changed though. I would have assumed hardware updates if they took things off line. Did they state anything specific that they said they were doing beyond maintenance? Sorry if it's been stated in here. I've read back as far as is reasonable.

to their credit they let us finish the hand by alerting us the table would close after.

Haha ^, they didn't when they kicked me off last night. They just popped up a message mid-hand that said "All tables closed for maintenance starting now"

But apparently yesterday at that time, some people got the message that you did today and finished their hands.

The inconsistency is what's mind boggling. Everyone should obviously get the exact same treatment for such issues. It's crazy because as you or any other 2+2ers read that, you're like "yup, yup...of course bro, common sense"

But the people operating the poker site do not have it. Just ridiculous.

I'm pretty tilted, I only play double ups and I have been struggling the last few games trying to transition to cash and **** I'm not used to playing . This is pathetic ignition, I am actually up on cash games but I honestly don't give a **** a week is more than enough time to fix a simple double up tourney? gtfo

This is my favorite thing about Ignition at the moment. Going on two weeks and they still haven't fixed this issue. Can't imagine they aren't aware of it but it's funny to think they are and somebody in charge is just like meh who gives a ****.

Just got off phone with support, I specifically ask why there is no double ups yet and he cant give me a clear answer, "uhhhh our maintenance team is working on them and they will be up as soon as they can, let me get your email address" go **** yourself

That's what tilts me. They DGAF. They think(know) we regs won't go anywhere bc they have the softest games. So they can do whatever and we won't care bc we don't wanna grind out hands vs other regs at ACR


I assume they feel as long as the site works then who cares. They probably don't care about the lag bc wort case scenario a fun player gets frustrated and blows cash in the casino.

Ignition honestly has bet right. How many of us have left? How many of us put up with Lags and D.C. Just so we don't have to play ACR?

I think it's clear this company doesn't care about running a poker site. They just want to collect rake and steer ppl to the casino

Edit: bovada always had ****ty software, and of course they cut the value of poker points. But all that was expected. At least there were not disconnects on a nightly basis. Ignition just gives zero f***s

But seriously it irks me someone knows that there is lag, disconnects, issues with the descriptions, etc. and they are laughing with their feet up bc every second more rake keeps coming in.

But idk if I'm more mad at them or myself for acting like a whore to ignition.

This is my theory, dons and triple ups are gone for good, they are just refusing to say that because they know the huge don/triple community would leave the site immediately. So by not saying so, i believe they think the community will transition to other sngs while they wait and eventually stop caring for dons.

This cant be too far fetched because this is the same company that refused to acknowledged connection issues for weeks before finally admitting it. So they've demonstrated they are willing to make us focus on their left hand while their right hand does something different.
