Hell of a time for their software to be total crap with everyone coming over from Bovada. With people like this running sites, with this kind of attention to detail, we're better off playing scratch off lottery tickets.
This is ridiculous.

I wish that announcement that the guy made a few months ago about how much better the site was gonna be, especially including not more nonsense of their site going down! But I mean why would they focus their business on making players happy running everything smoothly right. I mean that would just be low on the list of "great" things to come...FAQ!!!!!!!!

I believe they just wait until after the tournament is over. As long as you are sitting out and don't try to get back in and play with a short stack or something they will refund you the buy in. Sometimes more than the buy in depending on your chip stack when disconnected.
