Working fine for me aside from one weird thing.

My lobby keeps "signing out" while I'm playing 4 tables. The tables run fine and while I'm playing them I can click login and it works fine. After I do that though, I can't rebuy at tables. Not annoying, at all .

Lobby stopped updating so I closed client, now can't sign back in.

That sounds like what was happening at the time when I suddenly started having cash table buy ins vaporize from my bankroll without ever being seated.

The duration of time this has been going on for and the amount of poker players complaining really makes it pretty obvious Bovada does not give a **** about its poker players.

Called customer service about getting a buy in for a tournament back that I got disconnected from for about 45 minutes. I was finally able to log back in when I was very short stacked, and got eliminated 5 minutes later preflop 8d7d>TT lolvada.

Basically what I was told was since I was able to connect back and play the end of the tournament, there would be no refund given. Complete and utter bull****!

What I learned is if you are disconnected from a tournament and want a refund of your buy-in DON'T CONNECT BACK IN, if you do, Bovada won't give you a refund..just stay logged out and request a refund after..

thought this was obvious, i mean you are basically freerolling them when you reconnect and start playing again if this wasnt the case.

Well, I certainly wasn't trying to freeroll..I was just going ape**** crazy tying to connect back in the tournament.

I lost 80% of my BB's during the disconnect..next time I won't even try to reconnect..just passing on some advice for others..

wtf? a refund of a tourney ticket doesn't near equate (in most cases) to the actual value of your tourney run at the point in time you were disconnected, so no you're obviously not freerolling them by playing out your tournament, regardless of refund policies

you may actually get your wish this year if you believe how easily DFS passed there this week will help online poker get over the hump but i still wouldnt hold my breath because of the tribes, racetracks, casinos etc etc all fighting over their piece of the potential pie. not to mention stars/amaya who wants in cali so bad its like acid in their mouth but who the F wants them in US poker considering how theyve treated players since the amaya takeover.


enough of the thread derail........ i was disconnected last week and was unable to rejoin a MTT despite getting back in a few others i was in and emailed them and requested a refund and received one. i also inquired when the "issues" would be resolved and told them it was absolutely absurd that this had been going on for a couple of weeks already and was basically told that they felt it had been improved and only a few minor bugs were left to work out...........lol uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah. theyre basically incompetent and or dont give a s**t

In my case I did literally nothing. Went from completely unplayable to 2 minor disconnects that happened in the same session but no others since. Play every day.

I don't even know what that means or how to do it.but since about three days after the last update I have only been disconnected once or twice total.I'm running windows 8 four tabling cash fwiw.

I don't know if this will be helpful to anyone else or if my experience is anomolous, but I've noticed that almost all of my dcs come after I close a table, and I've had fewer issues after altering my habits to open and close fewer tables.
