Was playing on bovada tonight - eventually I got a message saying my account was disabled. Called the number that was provided. They said they had no record of my account being disabled and somehow $250 went missing. Very upset, dont understand how they can disable my account, force me to call the number, and then when i call it say that they have no record of disabling my account. Supposedly they will call me within 24 hours. Not happy. Their customer support was horrible. Treated me like i'm dirt when they blocked my account and then acted like they had no record of it. Be wary.

Seriously I spent two hours trying to log into my account. Kept getting the disabled message. Called the number provided along with the disabled message, the initial rep kept saying my account had never been disabled, her manager said the same thing. At this point my account is under investigation. The funny part is the only place to find the number I called was part of the account disabled message. And yet somehow they have no record of it being disabled. Hopefully this gets resolved properly.

Bovada's set up is not really conducive to bots. The way people make money with bots is to put them on a hundred small/microstakes tables at a time. They might only win 1bb/100 or whatever, but the idea is to get them on hundreds of tables across a bunch of sites. A sight that caps tables at 4 wouldn't be worth it.

wouldn't be worth it? your right, running bots that run automatically would get really tiresome

Just joined from merge, although the software is garbage compared to merge it is honestly baffling at times how worse the pool is. The bonuses are actually attainable and it seems cashouts are very reasonable.

I would guess he's referring to the time and energy it would take to create a bot compatible with Bovada. And I might agree, it seems like a lot of work to only add a few more tables to the bunch.

Got an email saying they are adding $350k to GTDs on Monday, have they done this in years past on Memorial Day?

I think they are adding 350k worth of extra gtd tournys that on top of their normal monday lineup.

Not sure which one of us is correct but the wording matters.

Is it possible to deposit $4k on Bovada without getting hit with a 5% fee? I think my $1k a month in rake is enough for Bovada's pockets.....

I played on Bodog until 2006 and haven't used my account since the switch to Bovada for US players. Any chance I can open a new account and get the 100% bonus? Sorry if this has been addressed. I tried multiple searches and got no answers. Thanks in advance!

I had a buddy that did this. He signed up with Bovada thinking it was different from his old account on bodog. Afterwards, they pointed out to him that he already had an account, matched up the two accounts and gave him all the normal 'new player' promo stuff.

Not to reopen this can of worms, but just a question.. If bots were such profitable tools why would anyone want to sell them or make them known?

They only profit off bad players. Any good player can beat them. It is more profitable selling bots.

Yep, sort of like people who claim to have made millions with their system in the stock market. Then they write a book or make a DVD course and sell it for $49.99 so that you and I can make money too. Out of the kindness of their hearts they're going to reveal their "secrets" to us for mere pennies.
