I think there is a setting in HM and in the hand converter for hiding those cards. Make sure those aren't set in either one.

Has anyone ever had success convincing them to give you the initial deposit bonus for poker if you never played before? My father has an old Bovada account he wants to play poker on but is pissed he doesn't get the initial deposit bonus, since he never played poker before but used to sports bet.

I called CS and they said no. Any chance he can convince them to re-issue him a deposit bonus? They seem pretty stern about not doing that, ever, even if he never played poker before.

Call the number on the back of your card. Tell them you are about to make an international purchase for somewhere in the neighborhood of xxx dollars. Try again while they are on the phone. ** Do not mention Bovada or online poker.

My initial deposit would not go through either because your bank (boa, same as mine) thought that the deposit might look suspicious and needs your confirmation to go through. Had to call boa and tell them its ok.

anyone elses client frozen? just 3b pre and paid my sb at 5/10 on 3 different tables and my client has been frozen for the last 2 minutes.

edit: restart computer and bovada works fine with notably lower account balance. Sigh.

Same client completely closed without saying anything on its own. Now wont reopen. But if you tell c ustomer service they will just say its something on your end 99% of the time.
