There is only a few players in the lobby with no games running and I got an error when trying to register to the freeroll so I assume everything is paused. Cash games are unaffected.

It's not paused. Lost 100k chips final table of the $215 Octopus or whatever its called and blinded out of the $109.

Are there any plans to refund those who lost money through the disconnection issues, as the games continued?

Can anyone register to Blast games? I keep getting some error. Other games work normally.

Also, I've seen some players here were missing their cashback spins as well. Did you finally receive it?

I was registered in two tournamentes: a $3.3 satellite and a $1 all in. Sudenly I was disconnected and I can not log in again. Is there any problem?

This won’t be fixed because your servers can’t handle the uptick in traffic. You’ve invested too cheaply. I’ve personally wasted the last ten minutes trying to log in and give you business and I keep getting the message “oops something went wrong, please try again later”

I’ve opened Pokerstars and Party Poker no problem. They want my rakes

888 has one opportunity now with this virus and an uptick in traffic to make a strong claim that they not only want to retain us new and old customers/players but to also choose 888 over competitors and it seems like they don’t care or the lack of investment in software/servers and support is killing them now and they are being exposed with pants down.

They’ve apparently invested way to cheaply in software, technical intelligence, software maintenance and its showing. I’m not risking the hassle others go through with refunds here and taking the unsuccessful attempts in logging in as a hint 888 doesn’t want my business today.

Like other sites have taken the initiative in changing, it could be great if you showed the true value of PKO knockout amounts players get. I take it your software is not very upgradeable and even minor changes are very difficult as we see but this should be top priority.

Have you tried to reinstall as the site itself seems to be working fine at the moment.

The problem is, every time I've tried a reinstall in the past, not only does it delete my notes but it doesn't solve the issue. I'm just going to wait, but thank you for at least updating that they are trying to resolve the issue.

I cannot connect either. Sad, I love the 888 schedule (wish it had a few more games, like 1 decent game every 30 mins would be nice during prime time).

But, I uninstalled and wiped every trace of the software, re-downloaded and installed and still can't connect. Was playing there fine on Friday.

We are aware there have been some technical issues with logging in. While most players are able to log in successfully, there may be occasional errors for others. We continue to work on resolving these issues, and recommend that if you are having trouble, you try again.
