Try a reinstallation but when you uninstall make sure that you first RESTART your device before installing again.

I want to report charmandergo, 100pka and cosmocot.
They play exactly the same style and I think that they developed a software to have acces to the best games on the site. They must have some fake accounts that hit the reserve button. This is happening every night (european time GMT+1) at 0.50-1.00, 1-2 and from time to time at 2-4, and now at 2-5, after the update. So, they hit the reserve button to misslead the other players who waits for a game to start. They know when someone else hits the reserve button and they have a script with a clicker and they get the best seat only if the new player who take the seat is a big recreational. You can look in their hand history and you will see that they have, in most of the games, one of the best two seats.

Delete literally everything related to 888 from your computer. Then install it again. Helped for me.

I have a question for the 888club regarding the mission ‘Active days’. What is the requirement to finish it? I am finding it hard to spot in the terms.
Right now my mission is to be active for 3 days. Does this mean I need to be active for 3x24 hours? Or a set amount of time per day? Or is it enough to just login and play a couple of hands of poker or placing a sportsbet for the day to count?

You told me to send the complaints directly to support? Why don't you do the same when you constantly report players? 90% of them are with no reason and I have talked with a lot of the regs and all of them told me that no one cares that you report them.

Let me remind you something dude. I did not report their script first, it was the user G00re. After his report that was followed by mine reports in the next days, they changed the strategy, so the fact that I am reporting them it really works. Two of his accounts 100pka and cosmocot are completly dissapieared from the site. The guy with the script left one account (charmandergo) and probably with a small amount of money. He has periods when he don't starts the software at all and he is playing very rarely. In the past, before the reports, he was very very active. How can you explain this changes?

Explain me why only at night from 19.30 to 23.30 (uk time) someone is clicking a lot to the new tables and in the rest on the day the new tables are normal? Why when it's a big recreational at night when his software works he has the best position possible?

May be you are dumb and don't understand. But i DON"T report the same person in 15 messages every day flooding this thread. Such behavior makes 888rep ignore your and my future reports. Of course, no reason, of course. They definitely tell you the truth.

I will repeat and you should understand - i agree that charmandergo and his friends are scripters and i greet reporting here. BUT not the same not every day otherwise it is called flooding. There is no difference in reporting here or reporting to PM of 888rep if you are reporting the same person with copy-paste. This is a forum thread, not a messenger and not a trash bin. Everybody agrees that they should not be allowed to use their scripts(or whatever they have). I hope they will be seriously investigated by 888 officials, because it's not fair the way they are creating very big advantage in table selection by cheating.

This is part of the reason I quit 888. I started experiencing just this back in June/July. I made some deep runs and final tables and the software would freeze and crash or there would be a huge reconnect icon/pop up that would be smack dab in the middle
of the table. I had a security text feature on my account that required a secondary text feature sent and when I tried to quickly log out and back in the text would not be sent for up to 20 minutes sometimes. It was infuriating. Even moreso when the URGENT email to try and get live help was responded too almost a week later. Its just pathetic really. Part of the reason I lost all respect for these amateurs and post here. I blindly think enough complaining will trigger some sort of professional urgency or improvement in some way but structurally I don’t think thats possible at this point. I think this is the best it can be with the current customer service and technical set up they have. Its not worth it for me. Maybe it is for you. They’ve cost me a lot of equity and do not take responsibility son to me that equates to they don’t want my business as an honest recreational.

I have been observing the following picture for a long time: the player is only nominally present at the table.
For a practical example: if I'm on the button, then the next player after me should be in the small blind, right? But this is not always the case in snap. In the small blind, the next player after him. Or another example: the player in the small blind, then the next player after him should be in the big blind? And this is also not always true in snap. In the big blind, the next player after him.

may i ask is it too complicated to program your software so that when i see a free seat on cash games this seat then is not already occupied? almost always when i want to sit at a cash table the **** is occupied already....

only when less then 5 players are sitting (6 max) the chance is ok to get a seat on it...
