I have four times this month received a message that I've received $10 dollars in cashback fever. However I cannot see any transactions being made in my account. Is there anyway you can track Cashback fever and see when and where you recieved it?

I also have trouble downloading the Client on MacOS with Safari or Firefox.

The support is no helping and is just asking non-sense question for the problem (how can the RAM or CPU or even my Account in any way be related to the website not giving a download link) to play for time.

It cannot be that hard to provide a link to download the newest version for the MacOS client.. Or maybe there isn't even one anymore that is working?

Whats the point of having a script ban if you are not going to enforce it.

But the support told me the "solution" is to use the web-based client.

Nearly a week since i raised what should be the simplest of issues (and others on Mac OS also have the same issue) and no meaningful response at all.

Just to be clear - on your website when you click on 'Download' in any browser on a Mac, nothing happens.

This issue should take 8 minutes not 8 days.

What went wrong is obvious to regular players or as I have been for 9 months a former player on 888. They made a lot of changes which destroyed the enjoyment of the game and they were changes which hardly anyone agrees with like changing the chat box.

You only need to visit a number of pages on this forum and the reasons why 888 is gone downhill are clear. The same issues are constantly being highlighted and 888 is too slow to solve them and they do not reply quickly nor effectively enough with their clientele.

I tried to help 888 by warning them that they were destroying their site with these changes but I was ignored like others here. I would like to say it doesn't give me satisfaction to see this happen but it would be a lie because they are getting what they deserve.

Ive spent 9 months logging in to see if there are any positive changes and there has been none and it seems like 888 has just given up.

It is sad, I liked to play there.

What is the best poker room besides stars now?
