On the backside of my ID there is a sticker with 2 postal codes. The registration office put the sticker on my ID, when they changed my address after having moved.

The postal code on the left side belongs to my current adress. On the right side there is a seal stamp with the last 3 letters of the postal code of the registration office (registration office is in another part of the town and has another postal code).

If the support would change my postal code to the one mentioned on the left side of the sticker, all data on my ID would match the data in my account.

I think that they are not able to understand, that the postal code on the left side of the sticker belongs to me, and the postal code on the seal stamp (right side of the sticker) belongs to the registration office.

Thank you, 888Rep! Now everything in the account is exactly matching with the ID. They have also corrected the postal code. Just need to wait for them to verify one more time.

not sure if it is been mentioned already,

but is it possible to add more filter options for sngs? ie. like with the cash games lobby, a numerical stakes filter, and also a game type/speed filter

Hello,

1 question, I decided to start using VPN recently & started using it on my phone & laptop 24/7.
I have set the server to my country but for some reason my IP is recognized as located in Taiwan, contacted VPN provider and they say it can't be changed.

My question is, if it's OK to leave VPN on when I use 888 software or could I encounter any problems from your side.

@888rep The new soft is a total disaster..

It crushes dozens of times during the session.
When you restart, auto rebuy doesn't work. From time to time you also lose notes.
The filter for stakes sometimes misses stakes like 5/10. After a while they reappear back.

That's shameful, you put such an untested software out. Before introducing new design/features it would really make sense to fix tons of existing bugs.

Seems like you need to reinstall the client and see if that clears things up for you but if it doesn't work please contact support@888poker.com and they will advise you.

Did you uninstall the old client first?
Make sure to restart the client after you uninstall before installing it again.

PLO tables closes randomly today. I just get notification "this table doesn't exist anymore" and when I click OK (only option) table closes... And there was 6 of us playing at that table!
New software is terrible from the day 1, to be honest.

Is there any chance that 888 will revert back to the best layout they ever had? I am talking about version from years ago with chat on the table.

I cannot login as I deleted the software nearly nine months ago and because its hard to completely wipe it from my system I will not re-install unless they go back to the old version.

There are so many complaints here asking for the old software so I assume that ye have given up on 888 getting back to its former glory.

I think I read here that the lobby appearance has been changed, is that correct? If so its another bad move. Keep making those changes you say make your site better because the traffic numbers tell a different story.

It was today, at 1 PM - 3 PM CET, at PLO25 tables 6max and then on PLO10 table 9max (it was only 9max table at that time). After that error, players didn't come back to start again 9max table. This error have effect same as police raiding live poker game.
If this happens again, I will take screenshot and post it.

you can change skin and lobby look but while such players continue to play, user experience gonna be awful

More to say: it means that business processes inside the company are broken. If you can't come to your boss and highlight that one of the players are massively reported on the biggest poker forum. That should be the sign for all shareholders.
