WARNING TO EVERYBODY. DO NOT PLAY AT 888 ATM

They have serious server problems and when u lose money due to this they will not acknowledge that they are the cause or refund you!!!

@Rep I just recieved an mail from support with some ridicoulous statements.

Please be honest about the situation and admit that the 888 Server was down. All Players got kicked of tables not just me. Also forward my concern to someone who is capable of handling this fairly.

I now can't login anymore as I am not recieving my email code, so clearly you are still having server issues.
I checked my hm2 and am missing at least 1.5k$ from my account, from when I was last able to access my cashier balance.
also here is the hand I was talking about:

In this instance I do believe you would of lost the hand but I do appreciate you wish to play it and it may have worked out different if you could of bluffed the opponents.

Checking we did not encounter any issues so I can only place it down to lag as we were operating with out any issues."


Is this freakin serious??? I believe you would have lost??? Who cares what this support guy believes lol. My $ equity in this hand is what counts and I want a resonable compensation so forward this to somene capable of handling this.

What is really worrying about this is that you blame players for issues that are clearly on your end. If you have server problems fine, if you don't lie about it and try to avoid compensations on the cost of your customers. The whole site including several midstakes PLO tables crashed and were emptied at the same time. This makes the supports statement ridiculous

Also to players: "Dauntless89","_lord_xenu_","meucci_1", if any of you should read this please lmk if the table shut down for you guys aswell

Do everything in USD (you'll have to contact them to change it) and let your bank do the conversion. If you see a euro sign anywhere in the 888 cashier they're charging you a fee.

I got a free token to a $5000 tourney becauze your server went down. That will certainly make up for it and all the money I lost when 10k players will fight for the prize pool LOL.

Are you kidding me, he can't even get someone of authority to answer for these bans or let alone chime himself on the subject Cashing out is certainly the way to go, and would do the same if I still had money on 888.

888rep needs to respond as to why you are banning and stealing player funds for honest players, and refuse to answer/discuss the matter over email. Your AI detection team is clearly incompetent and way too triggerhappy.

You're not going to pay low fees, because 888 will do the conversion. In my experience best way is to go from USD 888 to --> USD neteller and then from USD neteller to EUR party poker. Party will ask for 2.8% conversion rate 1 time when the money comes in. And then your money is on there in EUR and you can cash to euro account without fees.

I asked the same question and didn't get a respond, not on here and not on e-mail(where I started of polite). I just cashed out my whole bankroll this way. In the past I had to pay a sick fee from USD to EUR. More then 2.8%, probably 3 of 4 times that.

Keep 5-10 stacks on there as a max and be advised to refrain from more than 2-tabling. This site is in some serious trouble it seems on a whole lot of different levels. Don't know where to start.
Just solely these two things: The reply by their support of some sorts like "you wouldn't have won that PLO hand anyways", shrugging it off etc. must be a hard core troll attempt.
Secondly, anybody can be banned by their silly "AI judgment", too, and potentially lose thousands of dollars.

What's the reasoning behind all of this. Legit scammers, botters, scripters, "AI" that we as the honest Poker playing community can be happy to have mass-banned or simply a major f... up on Casava's/888's behalf?

Apologies for these harsh words but this is in several Poker news already and it really concerning. We're confused and fear our funds on your site might be the next on the line... So a bit more explaining should be adequate instead of just directing concerned folks at some support e-mail address. Thanks!
