They have serious server problems and when u lose money due to this they will not acknowledge that they are the cause or refund you!!!
@Rep I just recieved an mail from support with some ridicoulous statements.
Please be honest about the situation and admit that the 888 Server was down. All Players got kicked of tables not just me. Also forward my concern to someone who is capable of handling this fairly.
I now can't login anymore as I am not recieving my email code, so clearly you are still having server issues.
I checked my hm2 and am missing at least 1.5k$ from my account, from when I was last able to access my cashier balance.

Is this freakin serious??? I believe you would have lost??? Who cares what this support guy believes lol. My $ equity in this hand is what counts and I want a resonable compensation so forward this to somene capable of handling this.
What is really worrying about this is that you blame players for issues that are clearly on your end. If you have server problems fine, if you don't lie about it and try to avoid compensations on the cost of your customers. The whole site including several midstakes PLO tables crashed and were emptied at the same time. This makes the supports statement ridiculous
