You do realise that a number of those players with no location showing are Australian players who aren't supposed to be playing right? I recognise the names of some of them and they have a default '888' as a flag, along with no location showing.

I also agree with you in regards to the fact that, nobody should have there location hidden.

am I allowed to play on 888 poker/casino/sports from Vietnam? As far as I know, there is no regulation in Vietnam yet.

I'd normally ask 888 support, but they never respond to any of my emails.

I've been looking around the forums about 888's deposits/cashouts regarding different currencies and I've found mentions of "bankroll currency", "account currency" and "settlement currency".

I'm trying to decide whether I should make my first deposit on 888 and all this uncertainty surely isn't helping.

I'd like to know which of the above actually exist (2 or 3 different currencies?) and how this whole thing actually works.

In addition to my questions above ^ there are a few more things I'd like to ask/verify.

My account's settlement currency is USD. If I deposit in USD (lets say 100$), my 888 bankroll will be exactly $100 and my EUR bank account will be charged the equivalent amount in EUR according to the bank's own exchange rates. 888 will not do any currency conversions or charge any fees for this transaction.

If I withdraw $100 in USD my EUR bank account will receive exactly $100 and this amount will be once again converted accordingly, as described above. 888 will not do any currency conversions or charge any fees.

Please verify the above or correct me if I'm wrong.

I must say that I'm unhappy regarding the 888 support. I've got an issue concerning earned bonuses during the Treasure Quest in January and February. What I just got was a response which doesn't go into my matter at all. Maybe you can look into this?

I'm also wondering if there will be a software update in the near future. And by update I mean a complete new software. There are quite some issues, especially regarding smoothness.
