Hi,
I have a question for 888poker.

I'have reached VIP status at the begining of the November of 2014.
That status remains untill 30.11.2015. if i dont make 60k points to keep it up for next year.
At this point i'm short arround 5800 points.
Here is the question:

If i dont make that 5800 points till the end of this month and lose the status on 01.12.2015., will i get it back if i collect that required 5800 points till the end of this year?

Unfortunately it is not how the status works.

It is valid for one year (+ until the end of the month), so until 30. November 2o15 for you. Meaning to keep the status,you need to collect the 60 k by the end of November 2015.

Have you tried to reinstall it?
If that doesn't work then give me your poker user name and details of exactly what is happening and I will ask the tech team to look into this for you.

LE: No, it didn't. I open the program, log in and a few seconds later it gives me an error message which says that poker isn't working and that Windows had to close this program. I use Windows 10 and the user name and the password is stored automatically.

I was thinking the same thing. Hard to take someone seriously who chooses to call himself that and then goes off on a threatening rant.

I agree that 888 customer support is the worst and that many of their problems are likely due to their current crop of Execs not playing poker on their own site and not having a clue. That said, write professionally if you want a resolution of an issue in a professional manner.

My main concern will be the rake-level they choose to apply to Spins.

If they match PStars, fine as it would help them to leach off some of the players now disgruntled with PStars while not screwing over 888 players too hard. Of course, 888 seems to never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity so I expect them to do something stupid and short-sighted in this regard.

Dear community, dear 888poker representative,
I am writing to you because I suspect at least 4 of players from NL20-NL30 to be bots.

As a proof, please see the attached screenshots with >150K hands (suspected players are marked red). Please note that nearly ALL their stats are almost the same.
All 4 players are from one country (Russia). Of course this has nothing to do with a country of origin itself, only they all are from the same country - that matters.

I am happy to be wrong but may I ask you to doublecheck this.

I posted a full list but I didn't get response about bot players. IT included I believe all players that you mentioned + some more.
