Is there ever gonna be a security token on 888?

I am sure they will provide all details in an open forum for everyone to see.

I just gave up I had enough. I was told once to have a fully verified account send in photo id. I did. Than told send in 3 pieces of id and I would be able to have full verification and be able to withdrawl unlimited to my bank account. I've waited another 3 days for this to happen and got a generic response from cassava saying my account * should * be verified now and I * should* have no restrictions or be asked for further documents when cashing out. I noticed my deposit limits have gone up to 20k daily however my withdrawls are still at 20$ and 30$ respectively for bankwire ect. Now I sent another urgent email looking in to this to 888 support and caasava. So now another fk-in 3 days just for a look in to this. I had enough I'm done there thats pathetic. Really is. You guys need to get your act together because this support would be lacking for a mcdonalds in cambodia or a knick knac candy shop running out of stereo bob's basement in pawtucket. I'm done there but thaks for the experience. One can only imagine having thousands of dollars on there and having to deal with this crap. Won't be me.

The email support for such a big site is really shocking i mean 3 and 4 days to reply to an email is awful you think that they could afford to employ a load more support staff the money they make from people like us the only reason i play there is because its so soft and i don't need to withdraw above $5000 a month so no need to vertify id's etc feel sorry for the highstakes players like you

I have been requesting some hand histories for about 3/4 days now. Still nothing! Although twice when i have phoned up i was told i would be emailed them straight away. Its not the end of the world but isnt what i would expect from such a well known site. Is it even possible that you lot can send me HHs? Has anyone had a similar problem?

I'm not sure if you answered this question already, so plz forgive me if you have. But have you tried contacting live chat support instead of going through email? They have 24/7 live chat that might be able to help you faster.

Another annoying kinda bug...I dont like the show best hand feature so I usually turn it off...but the problem is that every new table I open its there again...so turning it off only works for the tables open but not for new tables :-(

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but a "Sit Out Next Blind" option is really a necessity these days. Full Tilt had options to "Sit Out Next Blind" on a particular table or on all tables being played (for multitabling).

Please add this feature.

Uncheck the post blind button. It will make you sit out of a sb too but it works for bb obv

hmm problem solved by creating new DB and importing all hands from this year-ive been told by HM support that ''DBs go wrong here and there for no reason..""

You will get a "hand summary" from support. But unless they've changed the policies/procedures in the last month without letting me know, you won't get hand histories by e-mail, yet.

I'm aware it's an inconvenience if you don't have "save history" checked right away, or if you're trying to get them from a different system. It's been on my recommendation list for awhile. I'll see in early January where we're at and what's being done.

Hopefully. I'll see if I can get an "official" response as to plans.


There is a "show best hand" checkbox under Settings in the lobby. That should take care of every table...

Let me see what I can do. Might be more "New Years" by the time anything gets worked out.

Solves the single table issue. I believe I included a "sitout on all" button/checkbox in my last feedback report. Appreciate the suggestion.

There is no regulation against using a VPN, as long as you are using it from a country that is legal. Using a VPN to circumnavigate the system from an illegal country will put you at risk.

I'm aware of that...thats what I'm talking about....it only gets rid of this feature on the tables that are already open...but it comes again with every new table I open...but only on the new ones...but still...so right now as far as I'm concerned you can not get rid of that feature permanently.

First I must you do a great job.
I have a question:
- On the buy ins $200 and higher in Heads-Up non-turbo SnGs the time per each blind level is 10 minutes. ($100 and below always 7 Minutes)

For me I would prefer 7 minutes on all limits and a slightly lower rake.
I mean the action especially on the $400 + $20 non turbo level is nearly dead. It's because most players who like the gamble don't like the extremely slow structure with 10 minutes and good regulars don't play them because of the high rake.
If you look: There is the $400 + $20 level and the next level is $1000 + $30. So $10 more rake but 2.5x buyin.

I think most regulars would prefer a little faster non-turbo structure with 7 minute blind levels like on the $100 level and a little less rake, especially on the $400 + $20 level, which is in my opinion way too high for this high stake. (Also $400 + $16 turbo btw.)

I mean it can be only good for 888 because action on $420 non turbo was almost dead the last months.

888 if you care about attracting volume players you'll have to upgrade your software, though i bet these are just couple of days work for your programmers :
1. add hotkeys like stars
2. allow bigger table / lobby fonts
3. make sure the table focus work like it should for multitabling (might be the case already)
4. quality note / color labeling system

What do you think about changing a little bit the Heads-Up high stakes limits?
I mean there is a huge gap between $400 and $1000 Level (biggest gap on all limits)

$200,
$400,
$1000.

I think if you add a $600 (or $500, $700?) level would be great and although reducing a little bit the rake on $400 level (See my post before)

Just some ideas for increasing the action on the high stakes Heads-Up limits.

You have to watch out..if you are sitting at a fast table there is not timebank...pretty sure thats your "problem".
