If it's not possible, I won't ever play on this site. I already uninstalled it. There isn't a self exclusion button, I have to email support? FU! I go back to PS where I can set limits to whatever I want.

Yes, I did a full uninstall.
I haven't modded the software in any way possible.
I don't know exactly about the last on, so I made a screenshot.

Right now it actually opens the tables. Only problem is that it takes about 1 minute to open each one of them and every time I try to sit down, I get "unable to sit down. server does not respond" error. My Internet connection is fine, because I just tried log on, using my laptop and everything worked splendid ( I was using the same Internet connection in both instances ).

They have only recently decreased the cap to 8 tables. I hope they won't go further and make it 4, it would be bye-bye pacific for me.

If it was that easy...but I can't set limits on 888. Believe me, I'm a decent sng player, I had 7-8 winning months in a row, I built my roll from $40 to thousands, but I recently started playing cash again, and I "can't quit while I'm down." I grinded sng's for nothing, it would take ages to win it back. Oh I'm not crying I'm drinking 75% absinth, yeah...

No, you're not wrong. This is my 4th month with 888 and they have been 100% solid to date.

Just like 99% of the posts on this forum where people had money "stolen" by sites, all the details need to come out before we pass judgement.

888 runs a pretty tight ship, and I'd bet my roll that there is more to this story other than what the guy posted itt a few pages back.

888 has been a complete joke. I sent Id to them 4 days ago and still no reply, no aknowledgement. I have sent in basic emails asking basic questions that take 1 minute of someones time to cut and paste answers. Are you on christmas holidays? You have some mods working around the clock to try and get us to deposit int he cashier. Hire someone to take care of peoples documents. Wake the **** up

Very recently, i experienced frequent disconnection when playing on 888, i did my research, and find out only players from my country suffer this problem. So i guess it's due to the bad international bandwidth we have in my country. Since there's no way to solve this, i'm asking if using a VPN from another country would be a legit option, does it violate the terms of 888? I would not do any money transfer/account change/ withdraw , just simply play poker.
I'd like to know your official answer.

Thank you very much.
you got an answer? after how long? how many weeks. I have played on almost all the sites and the support at this site is non existant so far after 4 days non of my emails have been answered. It's pretty scary advertised 24/7 support taking real money from us and it seems there are 2 people operating the whole site part time between this and the car wash job

Does anyone else notice how fishy all players from the Russian Federation are on this site. There is something suspicious going on here. Secondly the customer support is the worst in the industry here. Slower than a turtle stuck in mud. It seems to be run by part timers operating out of a basement. Is this really a multi million dollar business?? Frightening

888 should stop advertising support as 24/7 when the only thing thats 24/7 is a couple of people who are in a cubicle scripting " sorry can't help you with that department will get back in 72 hours" or the cashier attendant that pops up everytime u click cashier to look at anything with the same annoying gimmick of reload bonus. I don't give a **** about reloading answer my Q from 3 days ago god dammit. Is this a family owned business running out of grandpas basement? Cut some advertisments and start running things properly for the people with money on the site. Jesus Christ

Whenever I speak to support it feels like I'm talking to some telemarketer from India. I'll ask them the most basic question and they'll have nfi what I'm talking about, so then I get handballed around between the same bunch of Indians who can't answer a simple question.

The only thing they're good at is spamming their crappy promotions.

What are you on about? Why would it be suspicious to have multiple fish from one country? Is it possible, in your mind, that 888 runs promotions in Russia to try and attract new players?

i have deposited 50$ with my visa card and deposited around 200$ through neteller. according to their cashout policy i should cashout 50$ to my visa and i will be able to cashout with neteller in the future.

i have already cashout 55$ but the neteller option is still not appearing in my account. i am planning to deposit additional funds with my neteller account but only if the neteller cashout option will be available in the future.

my only cashout option appearing is the visa card. tried emailing manager@888poker.com but never got a reply.

I did see a big fish from Russia the other day. I like how fishy the site is. But perhaps I understand what you are saying. Russian players are usually very skilled.

It's been suggested and recommended. If I hear of it being included in the next update, you guys will be the first to know. To date, I haven't heard anything.

Are you using the 2+2 email for me here? If so, I don't see them. It goes directly to 888. If you need an immediate answer from me, PM's are the best way to go.

If you're e-mailing support make sure you include your username, and any details about the situation you're e-mailing about. This speeds things up so they don't have to track down the details.

888 encourages users to use the support interface on the site:

http://888-external-en.custhelp.com/app/ask/prod/4

But you can always email directly at support@888poker.com.

Player funds are definitely kept segregated by Cassava.

There are definitely some great people in these threads that have plenty of experience and can often answer most of your questions very quickly. Mack is a gem.
