I've withdrawn most of my br today, and it takes a week or so for it to hit your bank account right? When I change my card, I'm going to test out a min withdrawal to see what happens, and then if that works, I guess I'll start grinding up again. It's not ideal, because this could take 20 days to figure out!

I'm okay in general, that 888 reduced the max. amount of tables, that can be opened to 8. But why, why on old soft you have reduced it to 4 tables ? Why can't it be the same as the new has (8). Can anyone give me an adequate answer for that?
I've been happy with playing the old soft and never liked the new one.

And regarding that, if anyone can help me. Why after updating soft, my hem dosen't track hands from all tables, also on those tables it dosen't display HUD ?

regarding your question, at some point there was some change which made older table manager/hem incompatible with the new version of pac software, I kept using the old table manager and had the problem solved but then again, there was some bug with databases and HEM was fixed-but afterwards it was totally incompatible at least for me
so u need the newest hem and table manager, should wrk.

There needs to be something done with deposits using Moneybookers just deposited 200$ but because of all the euro to USD exchange I paid actually 213$

Why is there a need for those euros?

If your moneybookers is in USD and your 888 account is in USD I dont see how you have to pay exchange rate fees to be honest.

I applaud the move to reduce the number of tables an individual can play.

It can only make for better games and make these 18/16 mass tabling nits open up a little if they want to maintain their bonus boosted hourlies.

Today I misclicked on 888 software. Then a message saying there is a new update appears. "Click ok to accept the update" or something like that. I then close the message and 5 seconds after the update install itself and opens the program...

Having bad experiences with Luckyace poker. Made a sizeable deposit a little over a week ago. As soon as I desposited, they blocked my account and asked to send ID. I'm used to the ID checks so I already had a copy that I sent right away. 5 days pass and no answer back. So I emal support and ask them why it's taking so long. 2 days later they respond with a one liner saying "were going to take as long as we need to"... I was polite in my email, so I have no idea why they are being rude.

I feel it shows bad integrity to only block my account the second after I deposit, than basically hold my deposit hostage until they feel like getting around to me. To not even give me a polite response as to when they will activate my account, shows terrible customer service. The second they release my deposit, is the second I widthdraw it now.

Hi actually having lots of problems still

After a lenghty chat with live support i was offered half of the buyins back.

I was lied to and told i played in the remaining mtts. I asked for game log which was sent and showed i was not active and on the site.

I mailed support direct and was told it had been verified that it was a issue with my provider.

Again this is basically a lie, i was playing 3 other sites and could connect to the web fine.

In total i am only owed 67$ but its the principle of being lied to and treated badly.

I am a reg on the site with over 10K in my account, so god knows how a casual player is treated.

Now i am actually with lucky ace not 888. I think it might just be this skin.
Are all skins run by the same support? Or do u have individual support teams etc?
If i switch skin and move my 10k across to 888, is there any bonus/RB that i can get?

Lastly could you tell me who the gaming licience authority is for the network as i am going to complain to them about luckyace, also do you know a contact at the actual network?

This is a post from 888 rep back in September. So looks like Lucky Ace and 888 are two different companies and have two totally different support teams.

I really like that 888 made the revolutionary step to the table cap of 8. Very long-sighted view on the poker market and the poker ecosystem! Most other rooms are just maximizing short-term profit.

Ok hang on.. I might in fact be wrong here. I made the assumption made on number of tables I could observe in a runnin tournament. that was 8 of them.
It seems like its still possible to open 8 tournaments and 8 cashgames. didnt try with that exact ammount but I tried with 8 cashgames and 4 tournaments and that seems to be workin..

so not chaos after all..

I'm not too familiar with Debit Card deposits, I'll talk with someone first thing Monday morning and get a clear answer so there's no confusion, rather than making an assumption and being wrong.

I'll mention to support that we could improve the Jackpot tables specifically for HU.

I actually ran a 100k Freeroll for 2+2 guys in this thread with seats. We only had 6 people register. I don't think they were too happy. I am however always on the lookout for things I can do for you though, and did just send a proposal on Friday for an idea.
