Heh, just got my deposit and withdraw options locked... Just because I asked to increase my single transfer limits. I contacted online chat 2 days ago, they told that they would answer me in 1 hour. Instead I receive answer only 2 days later, which mentions that my account is blocked. Now I have to waste a day of my time to get to bank, which is in another city, just to get confirmation, that I actually live at my home.(Who the hell still receives their utility bills via post???) Situation is more absurd, because I could have used my single transfer like 10 times (10 x 220$), just to transfer money to my backer not even writing to support. Would they answer be different if I were a VIP?

if you were vip your transfert limit would be 10k, so yes.

A friend of mine qualified through 887 for the ME last year, or the year before and he was unhappy with the way 888 handled it.

IIRC they wanted him to do blogs, give public access to his social media accounts etc..

This guy is a reasonably well known MTT pro and he was not at all impressed with 888's demands.
