Is Snap already available for everyone? I cannot find it in my client...

On the tourney info box, the first info you see is current blind level, next blind level, levels going up in x minutes and next break in x minutes.

All of this information is useless, because one can take a look at the left corner of the window and see the exact same thing. Not to mention, you can see the blind level on the window bar on top, or at the table during the beginning of the hand.

If you scroll further down however, you can see your position, how many players started the tournament, how many people continue. This information, along with how many people get paid, is VERY useful.

While one can always scroll down to find it out, it's more convenient if it's immediately available without having to do so; especially when you re multitabling.

It should be an easy fix, yes?

Each time I look at the lobby, there is zero action at SNAP nl30. I'm surprised by that, there is a lot of traffic on 888, it should have some action.

I should imagine that the TOURNAMENT INFO BOX is to inform players of the
Conditions before the game starts rather than during the game where there are many other ways to see this information.

It was added as an update and you must play at 888poker and have the latest version. If you haven't you should try and install the latest version from the 888poker home page but make sure you save all your notes and clear all 888 files before you do this.

no. at a glance info is soooo useful during an mtt and leviathans post has a TON of merit.

and still the font sizes havent been adjusted. i dont really understand how that can be a big issue to fix, and it should be a #1 priority. as a comparison, whats the first thing you do when you walk into a room? you switch the damn light on so you can see what you are doing. its staggering that it hasnt been fixed

I resent your Font post as it was mislayed when I sent it previously so they should be having a look at it today.
Yes the client updates for most of the players and the reason that it maybe doesn't for others is that they are not on the latest version.

I am not sure that the info tab displays anything before the game starts. The point is to have a quick info at vital stats without having to resort to opening the tournament lobby.

While knowing your position and how many people remain satisfies human curiosity, what is vitally important is to know how many people remain and how many people get paid, so as to know whether you re in the bubble, approaching the bubble or are ITM. That info affects everyone's decisions.

I don't know what all other MTT players do, but personally, I never cared about where the blinds were at. But even if someone does, there are literally 3 other ways to find out right at the table.

I misread your post as I thought you were talking about the lobby tournament info box but you were talking about the chat info box after.
You have made some valid points and your feedback was sent over to the team earlier this morning so hopefully they may accomadate your request in some furure update.

I was on a cash table today - webcam - and 2 players on the table chating in Russian....

Didnt seem to be getting in any hands vs each other... doesent need to mean anything, but irritating to have them so chatty. I muted, but still.......

Typed chat is only English (in theory....)...what about live chat?

Anyone on the Lotos skin able to see the full ring jackpot tables?

I can only see one half-full table running through Lotos, but when I log in to 888 there's 8-10 tables running.

I'd email support and ask but we all know how that will go.

Also not seeing any 6max 100nl or 200nl running on Lotos, but lots on 888. Is this skin segregated from the network?

I think most of us have accidentally clicked that box and then wondered wtf there were no tables showing lol

I've got show full tables checked. And I can see full tables down to 1/2 cent and I can see full tables at full ring that aren't JP tables. It seems to be the JP tables and the 100nl and 200nl 6max tables that are hiding.

I can see full 400nl and 600nl 6max tables though.

Strange. I'm not sure then but yeah it looks that way.

The WSOP APAC has been removed due to the the live event date not being confirmed. Without knowing the date of the live event, we are unable to host the qualifiers for it.

Ok I have found out why some players can't access it.

The SNAP poker is only out in English; so you don't have an English version of the client, then it will not be updated. If you are located in a non-English market, then you will not be able to download the SNAP version of the software either.
Language versions will be out soon.

any way to get the cash game lobby to stay at real time? its very annoying to see that there is a table with 2 seats open, leave your full table and then when you open the table with 2 seats find out its actually full

Anyone know how long e-wallet transfers take on 888?

888rep, I [can] only play the web/Flash client -- I jumped from the sinking ship called Party after they forced a Java update for their web version, and for other reasons -- but I would love to regularly play the Stud games @ 888 except for one "minor" problem: countless times it decides to not show my 7th card! So after betting and raising a draw or a 2pair I suddenly find myself at a final bet/raise and I literally have no idea whether I made my hand or not. (Probably related to this: also sometimes when the showdown happens and the chips move, all the cards are shown but the cards appear in front of the WRONG PLAYER.) Has anyone else described to you these things happening?


For now I'm stuck grinding non-Stud games, but I really enjoy playing the games that most people don't (and don't know how to ) so please fix...

EDIT: I just remembered, this has also happened at "community cards" games; once it did not show the TURN card -- it was dealt and apparently my opponent saw it because after we bet-called the flop we got another betting round (but I still just saw 3 cards!) and then the river was dealt but I thought it was the TURN so I paid to draw when actually this was the river ...so must be a bug in the Flash version re. displaying of the cards everywhere (both in the "middle" as well as in any player's hand ... good luck getting the devs to duplicate this RARE but critical bug to identify its cause :crossesfingers:
