Just made VIP, but it still says im platinum in the client. Does it get updated at the end of the month?

having connection problems.. there is always delay after pressing button?

•The moment you earn enough Status Points, you move up to the next monthly status, no matter if it is the beginning, middle or end of the month. You keep the same status from that day, up until the end of the next calendar month. For example, if you move up to Silver on May 15, your status remains the same until June 30.
•The moment you earn enough Status Points to reach the yearly statuses, you move up immediately to VIP or VIP Diamond. You keep this status for the next 12 consecutive months. For example, if you move up to VIP on May 15, 2011, your status remains the same until May 31, 2012.

Thanks for the reply, I spoke to support because my status still said platinum but I had 0 points left to reach VIP. Live chat told me it updates at the end of the month. Il log in soon to see if it has updated

A couple of things. First off, this .jpg. 6 max tables, 11 players "playing" and on the table there were only 3 of the ppl in the lobby.

Webcam tables: any way to turn the sound of the other players off? I get their phone calls, their music, THEIR FKN SINGING ALONG....... and so on. Real annoying. I can mute my mic - and do - but I have to listen to their ****e....

Anyway to set the bet buttons to a set % or amount? The slider is real **** the way it is. I have spoken to others and it seems it is just that way, but if I want to click, the increments it increases is always different, which makes it - sorry to overuse the word, but it fits - real annoying, especially if I am trying to bet at 3-4 tables, the timer is running, and I have to change my bet sizing 3- 4 times. I can type n, I know, but all other rooms I play at have reasonable bet slider options. Just not 888............


EDIT: cant post the .jpg, but in one room, there were 11 players showing as playing in the lobby - like instead of showing under "players" Full/6 it showed 11/6. and in the table details there really were 11 players listed. When I went to the table, there were only 3 players playing.

Are recreational players allowed to rathole? maybe a perk of depositing alot

The hand at the top happened first, the yellow box shows the two hands in the two replayers. The next hand after im dealt T4o he leaves, the next hand after that he sits in a new seat and has taken money off the table. You can see the hand ID in the replayer so can see what order the hands were dealt and there were no big pots for him to be stacked inbetween him leaving and sitting with a smaller stack.

I also just hit VIP and it hasnt updated yet. Oh wells.

They have to review your account first. Was sorted within 24hrs.

Sorry but there is no way to turn off an individuals sound at the moment but they are working on a fix for this which is high up on the to do list. A lot of players ask them to mute thier mic as some of them don't realise they are broadcasting it and duly turn it off if requested.
The 11/6 is a glitch that appears every so often and effects a table or two but it soon goes away but I will let them know about it all the same so they can check it out and I will also send them your feedback about the slider.

I did send to support, approximately 10 times actually along with other regulars on the same issue, and they did not deal with the issue AT ALL and players are still obviously cheating at your tables.

My issue now is that you are telling me after all this that do deal with the issue, when it is clearly evident they do not.

So I ask you again:

You are happy for players to cheat at your tables, take their rake and ignore complaints from players such as myself.

OR, your "fraud team" are completely incompetent.

Sometime around the beginning of this year, I wrote to a VIP manager about this issue, and was asked to send screenshots of this happening. I collected 5+ screenshots like yours (showing the short time frame between leaving and rejoining in the hand history) and sent them off, but unfortunately got the reply that they weren't enough to assist in a full investigation. That's all I heard on the matter.
Btw, it was mainly rec players, but not exclusively.

It was also said (around about the same time) that players sitting out would be kicked from the table after a certain time frame, even if the table was not full.
This doesn't seem to seem to be happening though..

I do feel regs get booted quicker of they are sitting out the rec players. I think that's a good thing though. Ratholing however is not.

I just had the java update. any idea if pacific java based?

I was having major lag issues with 888 to the point where it was taking 20 seconds just to open a table sometimes, and it was constantly timing me out. I don't know enough about computers to really help, but the problem for me was my computer simply sucked. I recently bought a sick new computer with my 1lllll winnings and the lag is completely gone.

Mine is pretty much top of the line with 8core and 16gb ram and ssd.

did sharskcope just removed pacific from their search option?
