You should be able to use the live chat feature in the poker lobby by either going into the cashier or by clicking the question mark at the righthand top of the lobby where you can talk to AMANDA and they should solve your issue.

Sorry, 888 rep, but you probably didn’t notice the question, can you somehow help in this situation so that I can get a clear clarifying answer, not a Template answer or the players on your site are not worthy of such an answer?

Contact agent was Geryll, basically fobbed off and told to re submit the docs again. We'll see how this goes...

before contacting you, I received a letter
"We are pleased to inform you that your account has been reviewed and we have now reopened it for your continued entertainment.
Please be aware that we will continue to monitor your account, therefore we ask that you make sure that these activities are not repeated in the future, as should we identify this type of game pattern again, we may permanently block your account with us and retain the funds in it."

where they made it clear to me that another violation and my funds will be confiscated and the account will be closed, now you write now everything should be fine, that is, are you sure that my account cannot be closed by the reason for abusing the sitin button in a situation unknown to me? (I never sit out at a table with more than 3 players)
I just don't understand what they mean by "these actions will not be repeated in the future"

this situation turns out, or they mistakenly froze my account for one month, then it is advisable for them to inform me about this, or, they believe that I still committed a violation, and will ban me at any time, since I am not aware of what is this violation and I can repeat it again out of ignorance

I observed a weird thing with player colour markings. Players I mark with red, turn up in orange the next day. Orange-marked players become yellow. The rest of the colours stay, e.g. if I tag someone with dark blue or green, the program remembers it.
The auto-recolouring symptom for red and orange is quite disturbing. Has someone reported this already; were you aware? Thanks

Hello,

my account has been put for restriction even though I have sent all the necessary paperwork to verify my account( ID confirmed but Address can not be confirmed and I have sent multiple utility bills but they keep requesting another one everytime they answer)

I have sent an e-mail on 888 support but nobody is answering.

Is it possible to talk to somebody or for somebody to review my case?

He is abusing sit out option vs recreational players at cash tables every time. Constantly repeating sit out/sit in action after recreatonal player's sit out/sit in action.

is anyone having cashes from 888poker , since las PT4 update to 64bits??
all other sites working........but 888poker crashes.........

i keep crashing every once in while..........says "error connection" but all other sites work perfectly...........CPU ussage from 888 sky rockets.........and i have to force closing........
again.......all other sites work perfectly etc......

this started hapenning when PT4 updated to 64bits
