Hello everyone.
For about 1 month I have been struggling to get my acc verified. I submitted multiple documents which have all been declined. Some of these documents werent perfect but some of them were pretty good. Now I found the perfect document. A bank statement from my austrian bank, 1 day old, date of issue, my name and my adress. Exactly what was requested in the emails. Still declined. In the email I received it said:
Unfortunately, we do not have a support team that supports your language. If this were to change, we will of course notify you.
So the problem is the documents are in german? How on earth am I supposed to get a english document in a german speaking country? So like I said, the document is perfectly fine and exactly what was asked for.
I have now send the document again twice, once the original and 2nd the original with red circles around the required information.

Almost every tournament on your site is now pko or mystery bounty. You should try to keep some regular ones at least to have some variety .For example you have $55 6max pko 1500 gtd at 23:30 GMT and $55 6max pko 1000 gtd at 00:30 GMT. One should be replaced by a regular 8max non pko like big shot $55 or $44. It should perform better ,having at least 1500 gtd.

I recently discovered that 888poker has extended its support to https://www.reddit.com/, and I was astonished to find numerous complaints revolving around the same issue. The problem seems to be related to players encountering difficulties in passing KYC, specifically in confirming their addresses.

I've personally been grappling with this issue since early January 2024. I've submitted dozens of different documents, all of which have been rejected by 888poker's security team without any explanation. Interestingly, these same documents were accepted by other networks.

Considering the number of people who have already been affected, I believe it might be worthwhile to explore the option of seeking legal representation for a class-action lawsuit.

What are your thoughts on this?

888 has the worst support in the poker world.
because of the new Brazilian laws, skrill is stopping accepting payments to bookmakers from Brazilian players, as my bank was in skrill I deposited in 888 to withdraw in payz which will continue accepting the service for Brazilians, but when making the withdrawal which was deposited by me from a skrill account registered in my name and withdrawn in a payz also registered in my name, the magnificent 888 poker team blocked my account, and worse in the middle of the grind and even worse they asked me to get in touch what I I did it immediately on the 2nd and today 4 days later and having already sent 4 emails I still haven't received even a single measly response.
It is absurd for a giant company that makes a lot of money to treat its customers like this.
The account in question has the nickname Sarava777, I'm waiting for a solution, I'm stuck with my money and I was moving it precisely to play SCOOP because Pokerstars would never go 24 hours without responding to an email, let alone 4 days.

It's a long bank holiday weekend here and a lot of staff are on holiday for the weekend so that is probably why the delay but I have sent it over to be checked for you.
