Hello. I hit the 24 break button which is for german players on Sunday. After 24 hours my account on GGPoker, Pokerstars and BWIN was ready to play again automatically. Only on 888 it is still blocked. Please let this check from your support. Last time it lasted nearly 3 months before the account was unblocked. Why is it not possible for 888 to do this automaticaly, when the other 3 licensed sites in Germany can do this without problems. I don´t understand this. Username: ziggis88

So I notice when it's someone else's action at the table and they are taking time, it shows their time bank and that goes down. But how come it doesn't show your own time bank?

no offense but why is this takeing so long. I reported those accounts weeks ago...

it is so obv.

since nothing happens by 888 i think it's ok to name those suspected colluding bot accounts

You need to send these over to support with all the evidence and they will investigate it for you and this can sometimes take months.

Not kidding about months 888 rep. 5 months and counting how can support be this slow. One reply took over 2 months but then we had 2 or 3 emails back and forth in under 48 hours then coming up on 2 months on a reply to my last email. I could live with the 2 months to reply to each email if it was consistent. Why were some of my emails in the middle of the correspondence replied to within 24 hours but others take 60 days with no middle ground.

Yeah man, I posted the same thing but @888rep totally ignored me. It's because they for some reason removed the sound that alerted us to act before entering in timebank, and there's the small black bet buttons on black blackground also, on every other site the bet butons are big and red. It's seems that whoever wrote the code for the "new and improved" software and his supervisor has no clue about online poker.

I multi-accounted (extra account to clear a second $500 welcome bonus) and got both accounts shut down and taken 100% of my funds. Waited for an 'investigation in process' e-mails for months with no resolution.
Just taken all my money and say that it's an investigation...
Damn, you can go for 999 years if you wish, keep claiming 'under investigation' when I ask you how's it going. Because that is legally okay - another law protecting business - you are unethical by choice.
Players-last businesses are set for total failure. Hopefully very fast here.
Mr. Per Widerstrom you should be fired asap, since last year all you see ON and FROM 888 are SCAMS!

One way not to lose your money would be not to multi-account in the first place

I completed a "2024 LEAP YEAR SPECIAL" poker promotion that was on February 29th and never got my poker tournament tickets. It should be 6 tickets that I'm missing (two: $2.2 tickets
two: $11 tickets two: $55 tickets) .. Live chat support told me it would take 72 hours to get them but its now been 15 days and nothing. I also emailed and called them.

I dm'd the issue with 888rep who said he issued me two $55 tickets for the delay, I instead got two $50 blast games tickets (we don't even have $50 blast games) and the tickets will expire in 27days to.

Similar to above I also completed a "2024 LEAP YEAR SPECIAL" poker promotion for Ontario that was for February 29th.

Promotion offered two: $2.2 tickets
two: $11 tickets two: $55 tickets for tournaments played on the leap year.

I played the required tournaments and more but never got tickets. And been in touch with chat many times who have asked questions unrelated to poker.

There's lots of collusion going on 888 for more than a year.
Your website is a paradise for cheaters. You love feeding cheaters. You love Blast. You're a cksukr.
You'd rather ban and take all deposited funds from someone who wanted 500 bucks as signal to. You run ur bizz in detriment of urself and poker players who only got 2 choices. How bad can u be and be unaware. Have you ever played a single hand before taking over large decisions? I'd *** all the $$$ u got in less than 1h head to head. Accept the challenge to redeem yourself. If you lose you get to finally be fired.
How sheat + long can you run your sheat site and get away with it is unbelivable.
