I play on my mobile phone all this penny stake games so if they accuse me i use RTA or some prohibited software that would be cherry on top of all this BS !

1) By now the $109 tickets are in fact forfeited upon a withdrawal. It is kind of unfair, might be just a mistake though.

2) They (or their bank?) always charge 4% fee for currency conversion. Use the search function in this thread for solutions.

Hello, 40 days ago, my account was restricted due to a withdrawal, and they requested several documents from me, even though my account had been verified about 6 months prior. I sent them everything they asked for without any problem, including a couple of copies of my ID and the card I use for transactions, as well as some selfies and a bank statement. However, this was not sufficient, and they asked for an alternate bill and another selfie. As I explained, I am temporarily renting in the country where I registered my account, so these bills are in the name of the property owner. It seems my explanations didn't satisfy them, and I received the same email again. Consequently, I had to intentionally open a phone line at my expense for a simple verification that should have been much simpler than all this.
So, about 10 days ago, I sent them a copy of the bill along with the selfie, and even this is not enough for them (Support said me it was refused because it was not in English when, in fact, it was in English). Now, they are asking for a utility bill like electricity, water, or internet, knowing that I am a tenant, and these bills are not in my name but in the property owner's name. This process has taken so long that in a couple of weeks, I won't even be living in this country anymore, and I'll be returning to my home country. If you could help me resolve this as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it @888Rep .

1st day playing on 888

@888rep can you confirm or deny if this is allowed? i open a table, these two players join and sit out. they are camping tables and not playing, waiting for a fish. every few minutes one of them will sit in then instantly sit back out, im assuming so they dont get kicked from the table for being idle.

Can any 888 players let me know if anything will actually happen if i report them? (i suspect not if its happening in the first place)

This guy NewTon43 is now joining a table 1 seat to my right and sitting out, i leave, join again opposite him, and he leaves and sits to my right and sits out again. This process repeats over and over.

Players can sit out until a 4th player joins the table then they must start playing.

I have a few questions regarding 888.


1. Is this normal? It keeps happening but the seat doesn't appear reserved at the table. If I try again the same popup appears. It only appears after I try to buy in too, it never once happened before. Additionally, this popup shows up twice. I need to click "OK" twice.



2. When I add chips, I can activate auto rebuy. I click on it but nothing happens. I keep having to top-up whenever I fall below 100bbs.


3. Software lags A LOT. Makes it impossible to play more than 2 tables. I tried playing without any additional software open - just turn on pc, open 888 and play - but it still happens. Whenever I have additional software open (including other poker sites) 888 is the only one that lags, everything else is working as normal.

Can someone help out here, please? 888 rep?

My buddy apparently is one and he weekly gets bonues like blast tickets and whatnot?

They've just sent me an apology email, my money is available , my account is unblocked, I am welcome to play again. It was all a mistake from their part.

My account was blocked and then terminated for 15 days for no reasons : 15 days of distress, 15 days of incomprehension, 15 days of anger, 14 days of incompetency. I am relieved with the outcome, but still very angry with how they handled this, they have serious dysfunctions.


So I would like to thank you again 888Rep for speeding things up , with the regular support it would have take much longer, you are one of the rare competent person in 888. Protect 888Rep at all cost ! . Thanks.

It is a UK regulatory requirement to not allow auto top up in cash games.
and if that is the case, unfortunately nothing we can do about it.
The reserve seat issue is an ongoing issue i'm afraid.
A few guys do suffer from lag issues which can be caused by different things so maybe mail support@888poker.com and they will advise you.

If it is possible ,can you please ask the operations team manager to review it ?
They went from accusing me of being a bonus abuser to "We’ve noticed certain patterns in your gaming activity that alerted us to behaviour that is inconsistent with our philosophy of rewarding members for their loyalty and patronage."
I don't agree to these accusations.
Please let me know to which patterns and to which behaviour are they referring to.
They unblocked my account, but they removed the option of receiving any bonuses on my account for the foreseeable future - I believe this is a mistreatment.

Thanks, I'll email support asap.

I don't see how is this a UK issue when every other site allows it.
Pokerstars also took out the auto top up a few months ago for the UK only and then brought it back.
I highly doubt a site like Pokerstars would go against official regulations if that were the case.

I honestly think that someone at 888 misinterpreted the regulations (just like Pokerstars did at first) but then never bothered to admit or fix their mistake.

Just installed 888 on a new PC and everything in the client is MASSIVE, even tables are so big that they cover a big chunk of screen space. It feels like a resolution issue but not sure where to change it. Any idea? Thanks in advance

Right click your desktop and click on Display Setting and you can change it there.
