Hello, I'm sorry to bother you, but I feel like you're the only person who can help me right now. After writing to you, I received an email informing me that my documents had been approved and that they only needed a copy of my credit card to definitively verify my account.

I can only communicate through emails, and each person tells me something different.
Two months after my account was restricted, and after providing all the requested documents, I'm still at square one, and I can't even speak to anyone. I'm sorry to bother you, but if you could help me with this, I would deeply appreciate it. I have all the support conversations where each person tells me something different if you need them, but I also don't want to fill this with screenshots.
