Hi 888rep,

I was browsing this thread and in 2021 people were saying that there is 4% fee when you are withdrawing your USD balance to an EUR account. Is this still valid? I contacted support today but they didn't want to tell me anything, they just said there is a fee to cover conversion costs but didn't want to give any details.

If the 4% is still valid, how does it work? For example, if I WD $1000 - will $40 be deducted and then $960 converted using the mid-rate? Or is the full $1000 converted but the mid-rate is 4% worse?

Try and uninstall then restart your device to see if that clears it up for you.

I did this many times.
I reinstalled graphics drivers.
I wiped the 888 files before reinstall.
This only happened after the last update I've been playing 888 regularly for years

I’m trying to deposit with skrill but I don’t see it as an option in my cashier, I tried to take with the live support and also through email but they are t able to solve it. What can I do?

At some point of time in past I asked them to change my withdrawal currency to USD. I was able to find a way to convert USD to EUR much cheaper.

888 already reduced RTP for all slots to 91%. Not even from april-1, as was written in their email. Sad, very sad politics.

Recreational players ofc will not see it.

They actually did u a favourite. And i doubt too many care about this.

yeah, i was loving to play some slots after poker session. Now i will stop doing this.
