since i read all these complaints here, i asked 888 support to verify my account and that they consent to the use of 888 caption, otherwise i wont put anymore volume into the games.

I've got temporary ban, 888 team said that I've been using some sort of seating script, they sent me an email about that and I've replied that I'm not using one and never had, also, I don't even use it for other site, at moment I'm only playing on 888 poker (but later I've find out that mail never went since they where writing from no_reply email).

Only thing I've done was trying to seat on table multiple times since they have some sort of bug on table, and there is open seat, but when you try to seat, it say it's not free, so I've tried again few times.

Has anyone been in similar situation, they said they will investigate more, not sure how long that takes, but my bankroll is there...

are you ever going to fix you f*kin site and the table seating bug that is going on for 5 f*king years? Then you suspect people are using scripts because ofc you have to click a zillion times on that software for any button to register, esp when it comes to new tables and seating.
Like seriously how tf can you operate with a software that has bugs that go literally 5 years old?
You software and support teams are both beyond pathethic, I'd even argue it's by far the worst app of any kind I have ever interacted with.

Agree its common to have your tournament tickets deleted at 888 or have other severe account problems, it should not be considered a real problem as its normal, it happens for so many that we can only call it normal now, as its for sure is not unusual.

If your ok to support that kind of scam that's up to you. Lets just hope your not the next they screw over

Hi,

Close to a month ago, 888 "temporarily" disabled me from accessing my account. I have tried incessantly to contact the operations department, as instructed, but they have been completely unresponsive. The only correspondence I've received was two weeks after they locked me out of my account. It was to explain that they were investigating my account for intentionally losing hands as a way to transfer funds to other players on the table, which I never did. They asked me to explain my relation to a random player, and I told them I have no idea who that is. That was two weeks ago, and despite multiple emails trying to get in touch with the 888 operations department, I haven't received any correspondence since then. I want to make it clear that I have played hundreds of thousands of hands on 888, spent over a million dollars in rake doing so, and there isn't even one hand in there that would set off red flags for an investigation into my account. Despite this, I checked my hand histories with that specific player anyways to make sure there wasn't anything out of the ordinary, and there wasn't. It was a total of 24 hands that didn't even take 15 minutes to review.

I don't understand why it has taken a month to resolve something that doesn't even take an hour to look into. What is going on at the operations department that is taking so long? This investigation into my account was clearly made in error, and it's ridiculous that a customer as loyal as I've been is treated this poorly. Is there anyone that can look into this for me? I'm baffled that I even have to take this route

Hi Pokerrep,

Could you post an explanation why 888 got rid of the 5/10 push fold SNAP, and 50/100 and 100/200 Push fold tables? Couldn't find one online.


And if you're at all willing to listen, I'd really like to see those tables back, or at least bring back 5/10 snap. That one was fun when the pool got going, and I'm sure generated a lot of rake as well.

I have emailed countless times, live chatted, tweeted, emailed the special complaints address, but never get a reply, other than to tell me that I will hear back within three days etc. Just saw this thread so thought I'd try my luck here! I eventually got the funds back after about 8 months in total, just trying to reopen the account now. I used this official complaints service which is tied with the UK gambling commission: https://www.resolver.co.uk/rights-gu...omplaints_tool

saved me time deciding whether play here or not lol, they almost got my custom if didnt see this lol, getting money off on the site was my greatest worry that and deposit withdrawal fees, phew close call.
