two questions:
1)is it possible to make the Note-color back up? if i lose my connection, my client freezes and after the restart, all color coding is gone.
2) bonus thing i couldn't find the answer by myself. You can change your points for cash, and it says - use it on your favorite poker game, can i straight cash it out after i convert my points to cash?

Since last year we are talking about more 100-150 banned accounts.

Support is informed about the situation a hundred times since last year but is unwilling to do refunds from confiscated funds nor are they able to protect customers from getting their money stolen.

Messaged support with a grain of salt and resignation last week and instead of taking the matter serious. They will, as usually give me, just a standard automatic reply.

Please be aware of the bot situation and have in mind that 888 wont do what is necessary to protect u from getting scammed.

Hi, very often, when I want to play. I click to sit at the table and it says like 'sorry another player has already occupied that spot'' but it's not true. I see there is a seat available on the table and still I can not sit. I don't really care about the specific table. But like often every table I click it will say ''sorry another player has already occupied that spot''. But the thing is I really just want to play like any table really in my limits and I don't mind to wait really but... I don't see an option to just like choose any table and just they tell me when they have a seat for me.

Really I paid more than 100$ in rake and only I can have 1$ reward with my gold coins. Is this normal ?

Because they also send me a survey like they wanted to improve the site but it's a little weird they would not know something is wrong with reward system.

The games are breaking all the time because the regs have 0 incentives to play if there is not a fish in the game.

Ok so today I got a bonus of 2.66$ that can only be used after I lose all my funds ... Isn't it amazing....

In the same line of thought, if someone don't know poker he would really find it weird on 888poker the game break all the time.

So it should be explained it's because the site only want people play a few hands and then get maximum rake back for the day.

I think it should be explained to the new players to be fair.

888poker is like : 'the more you play, the less you win' and it is actually true. It could be the more you are loyal, the less we reward you. To be fair, there is really nothing wrong with that.

Because when I received the survey they asked me how likely I was to recommend the site. But I thought about it... what if the person ask me these questions ?

How is it explainable ? The fact you have to send us a survey to know these simple things show how disconnected you are from your business.

Probably what happen is they hired MBA graduate and they saw on a course like 'send a survey to your customers' . Because there is no way the administrators are poker players.

Unfortunately filters is not the problem, a lot people has just left and it pains me as I actually like the platform, but i also understand people going elsewhere, due to so many problems the site has had/have recently. I have recommended the site to others before, but right now not so much.

If i was REP. I would really raise a big red light with manager.

It does go quiet at times especially as there were a few football cup finals playing during the past few days and the hot weather kicking in but it should get back to normal for a couple of weeks but then we have the Euro's happening from the 14th.
