i quess its 5th level trolling ? Cashier is opening now. But did you even try to open casino or sportbets ? Its shows "redirecting..." 1 minute and then "service is unavailable"

Well, 888 support is not reachable via anything. :-) I've sent 3 or 4 e-mails in the last 2 weeks. Nothing. No response. And stupid me tried after all this if casino would work I mean i would have tried. My deposit just went missing. There is no pending deposit or anything in account history and money just left my bank account anyway. And I know already support will never answer if I mention this… Now… I... just... finally… just give up!! Just keep that money if it someday arrives. I've totally had enough. It's not a big deal moneywise for me. My blood preasure just can't take this anymore… Totally hopeless nowadays with 888 Absolutely nothing works. Ever. Should we expekt bankcruptcy in next few weeks when the site seems to have given up too already?

And again I am unable to login. Tried reinstalling and I still cant log-in. Not that only support denies refund for you **** service now I can't even get into my cashier.

I had money on 888 poker but now it is saying it is in the "Bonus Balance" instead of "Cash Balance", who the heck did this? And how do I fix it?

Also when I log in and log out of 888 Poker I get this message:

I got a reply from support regarding the command prompt screen popping up and was asked to provide PC and software specs. It appears that the issue is caused by something on my PC which makes a lot of sense since I am the only one that seems affected.

The issue with anti-virus was solved by the Rep here and I am confident the issue above will be solved soon.

I want to thank both 888 support and the Rep here for their assistance with this issue.

So i decided to change pokersites and decided to give 888 a try and moved my action there, i sent drivers license in and recieved a ty account is verified email. so i tried to deposit but both my credit cards were rejected by the issuing bank cause of gambling site

So i went to store and bought a prepaid vanilla card for 400 canadian as i have used these on differnt poker sites so knew they worked. it worked perfect and i proceeded to play and loved the site. 2 days later i recieved an email asking for a picture of the credit card front and back for further verification.

i explained to them how it was a prepaid card so once used card it was obviously garbage so i cut up and threw it out. they sent me an email sayign ty for the explanation about card. to further make things seem normal i deposited a small sum via interac so they would have that on file.

The next day i recieved an email saying i would just need to send in void cheque or any goverment id with my name and registered address. i did this and figured all was well and finally be verified, but nope next day recieved email saying i needed to send pic of the card and block the middle 8 digits, i sent back i explained the prepaid card to yous and just to copperate i sent my 2 credit cards front and bank figurig well they will see i doing all i can to help

once again no responce and in the meantime my account sits at 5000 and wanted to withdraw a thousand as with this world crisis that would greatly help my family



so so far i have sent 2 crdit cards ,avoidcheque a goverment roe form, a birthcertificate a health card a tax return and a screen shot of my bank account where it shows i purchased the prepaid

I got this error message everyday I tried to log in this week and again today. Usually can get on later on when traffic dies down.

Is your software team aware of this issue and working towards a fix? Do they know why its happening ?
