I think it's the only site with this rule, wich is a rule that doesn't make sense at all.

I don't see the problem leaving 4k on a site unattended. there's a risk that the site go down and you lose your money... sure... but never a poker site should seize your funds because you haven't been active.

Hi, I was really hoping to speak to a rep as soon as possible

Today I accidentally made an Etransfer of 759 dollars to 888, I have created a support ticket however I am seeking alternative means of contact as I don't think it will be resolved in good time

there was no pending deposit, and there was no message attached in the etransfer so it was auto deposited, but was not turned into game currency either


If I you could contact me that would be great I would really like to get this resolved

It has nothing to do with the transfer. Its a general rule on 888 if your account is inactive for a set period this happens.

I dont agree with the rule and think that they should contact a player in that situation by phone or by post and set up a withdrawal process if the player is no longer going to play rather than just take the money which is a poor play on 888s behalf rule or not.

I have not played on 888 for a couple of years because I dont like new software and if they did this to me I would never come back no matter what positive change they made. Just bad business on 888s behalf but from what I have witnessed over the years its not surprising.

I am curious though as to why you said they dont want to appeal the decision as the rep suggested because this is an issue which is out of his/her hands to solve and only contact with 888 can have any chance of success. What has your mate to lose in appealing the decision?

I'm sorry but you need to tell your friend that he will need to deal with this himself as under the data protection act you can't do this for him.
Tell him to contact support again and appeal to them.

I've seen sites with this rule before 888 even existed, not that'd ever affect me as I'm not stupid enough to leave substantial cash idle on an online gambling site in the first place

Hi, rep, I must tell you I am absolutely DUMBFOUNDED, I was contacted by "Maria" this morning, letting me know that my account was terminated, and that I only made a deposit of 100 dollars to my account that day which is true, because I sent the 759cad while there was no deposit pending! So nothing was ever credited to my account! I even attached a screenshot of my banking history!

Please Help me get to the bottom of this I need to pay my rent

do you have plans workinG on table layout, specially the minimum table size? I'd like to play on 888, but the mininum table size is almost 2x larger than the other sites, which makes it very hard to multitable along with other sites

Hi,

I played on your site from Serbia and i now i am restricted to log in and play.
I have some funds that i am not able to withdraw. I received money via transfer to player option and they are appearing in Bonus Balance. Few of my friends have similar problem.
Some of them are being asked to make rollover with amount that is being recived which is not an option since we can not play.
