I've had 0 access to my 888poker or 888sport accounts since January 27th when my Poker account was initially hacked. Much of my correspondence with the operations team, even before the pandemic, has been ignored unless I chase them for a response several weeks later. This is despite you saying a reply will take 'up to 72 hours', so it's taken me almost 5 months just to get to this point.

Account is reopened but I still haven't had the promised $67.06 credited to my new account, "EvilPingu78"
I also haven't received any e-mail correspondence from your operations team, besides the copy/paste (automated?) e-mail telling me that my account has been reopened. I have zero interest in using your site if your operations team won't return my balance as promised. It's ridiculous that it's already taken close to 5 months to get this far.
Could you get the operations team to sort out my balance please, and tell them give me some extra dollars/tournament tickets to apologise for being incompetent while they're at it
Additionally, my 888sport account "Evilpenguin7" is also closed. This was suspended for security reasons when my old Poker account was suspended, but the account was unaffected. Can you also ask the operations team to contact me regarding the status of this account please?
