Please let him know that the $33 tickets are indeed intended for the Big Fish tournaments. The other tournaments we have for that buy-in are PKO’s and PKO tournaments are currently not supported by tickets unfortunately. Regarding adding option for purchase of $55 or $109 tickets, as was mentioned, we will indeed look into doing that.

My chat window and tournament info keep disappearing from the table if my table is not full screen. It is there to begin with but then disappears. Anybody else experience likewise?

Decided this is it for me playing here. To other UK players is it cashing out in dollars or pounds to a pound bank account that gets you screwed over less?

You have a choice of cashing out in both $$ or pounds. If you cash out in pounds 888 do the conversion and if you cash out in dollars your bank does the conversion where they will maybe charge you a fee to do so.

Try reinstalling the client to see if the clears it up for you.

I always here this and dont understand it! Im uk player and cashout in $ ALWAYS let your bank do the conversion and you will get xe rate. This has been the case for 6-7 years now

bank is Natwest FWIW

This is the kind of spot where the government ban on depositing with credit cards, while being the only thing sensible they've done recently, is annoying, then I could withdraw with no fx charges...

Thank you for finding out. Maybe you can feed back to your management that this is why I have sought out fresh sites and am now getting 60% RB on one great site and 27% on another. Both sites have much more volume than 888 as far as I can see, and are just as soft. This has been amazing for me and I probably wouldn't have ventured away unless the RB situation on stars/888 was so dire.

I know you mostly face negativity in this thread as people are usually here to complain about the site, but I'm sure 95%+ people actually appreciate having a rep. The anger is towards the site itself and how it's managed, not you <3

Has anyone else have their Hand of the Day prizes stop appearing? I was one day away from the monthly quota and (not) surprisingly I am suddenly not getting the daily rewards anymore. The customer service pointed out to me that I have received the prize but that was from 2 days ago

I almost admire the innovativeness of how they come up with new ways to scam their customers.

The rep replied 2 days ago saying the promotion had ended but I received a $5 prize yesterday and the tournaments have continued tonight. Is it coincidence that I have been on a savage week long losing street with numerous river bad beats and cooler hands?

At the very least explain how a promotion can finish for one person but not someone else.
