As of today in some countries the new terms for bonuses apply.

So for e.g. if I have lets say 100 bucks in my account and I get a hand of the day bonus lets say of 5 bucks first I have to loose my 100 bucks and only then start wagering the bonus is that correct??

Cause if so it is really laughable you could think of such thing but I hope I didnt get it right..

The best way to test this is to check your bonus in the CHALLENGES then REWARDS then BONUS and you can what's happening after you play some games.

Open 888 client, disconnect and reconnect to internet, wait for client to reconnect by itself (might take a while) and then boom u get ur notes back..it might sound like magic but it worked twice for me..

That s actually the only way we could do something about any issue we have with poker sites..some sort of an union with reps in every country that can make players stop playing for at least couple of days on a site..I ve only been using the new skin as for the past 2 months I ve excluded myself from PS because of their server issues and lag so I cant take that decision here also as it didnt impact me..

No but you always locate the tournament lobby and view any table that you want by double clicking on it or go into your game history and review the game.

Is there any option on the 888 software where it restricts you buyins similar to stars? Example not allowing the software to register you into any mtt over x buyin or sng over x buyin or sit in cash game higher than so and so buy in?

I replied to supports last mail where they asked me to send a screenshot of my problem by telling them that it was ok and I didnt need to fix it now since I deleted the software and no longer plan to play on 888 because I don't like that I have to play on the new layout.

They replied today by asking me again to send a screenshot of the problem I have. I have once again replied by stating my intent not to play here again and why. Is this the new normal for 888? Are we expected to repeat the same message multiple times before it is understood?

I have never dealt with such a poor customer support structure.

To top it all off they just sent me a survey to fill up. That should be quick. Pagasses post above is a good point, the only way things are going to change is enough of us to leave.

So I received my withdrawal today, and the way you guys process these is misrepresented.

1. I clearly asked for the withdraw to be in USD, to avoid the skimming of the exchange rate that you guys are known for. And yet, you guys still converted it into CAD but just put the description of the transaction as 708USD@1.3609. You did not deposit USD into my account, you converted at your skim rate and put in CAD. If you actually deposited it in USD, my bank would have converted it at the bank rate, which is what I was expecting and is not the case.

2. The withdraw was supposed to be for 723USD, so you've also skimmed $15 off the amount for what I presume will be called a wire transfer fee. Which brings me to my next point.

3. This is not actually a wire transfer. It is an EFT. I know this for a fact because I know how my bank processes and codes an actual wire transfer, as I receive them fairly often. This is an EFT in which you have just put the description as "WIRE TRANSFER" followed by the skim rate conversion info. This is a misleading practice that could actually be considered fraudulent.

4. If I made the exact same withdraw at the same exact time from PokerStars, I would have received, $1015.10 in CAD funds in my account, but because of the way 888 does transactions I received $963.52 for a lost of $51.58 or just over 5%.

Why should I choose to play on 888 if you are going to charge me a 5% vig to withdraw?
