Posted this in the beginners questions forum but didn't get any traction so posting here. Mods if it's not ok please remove.

So I am playing FR 200bb (up to 0.05/0.10 0.05 ante), how different is this to 6 max 100bb actually?

I just prefer this game, variance seems to be lower but understand we aren't playing as many hands per hour as you need to play tighter from early. My question is how different is the training material and coaching for this game compared to 6max 100bb? I understand a lot of the fundamentals will be the same ie position but when I look at some training material I just think there is no way I would be doing that like some of the 3betting out of the blinds lightly and 3betting low pocket pairs in co/hj. I just seem to be getting crushed doing this.

Should I be looking for specific material and a coach that specializes in this game? If there is a coach out there that does play FR I will be potentially interest so reach out.
