So the official statement is his contract was not renewed. This is a shame because I thought Joe Vigor did a great job during his short time at The Wynn. The Wynn classic always seemed like it had a great turnout and the room itself seems to be doing better than before.

Hope new management doesn't do anything to mess up the momentum the room has going.

Hope the new manager puts the USB chargers in the tables....every outlet they have won't hold a plug. Instant tilt.

Don't plug your phone in to public USB ports dude, that's a really bad idea.

Why is that a bad idea?

They managed to steal 5/10 from Aria which was a Herculean task. Not sure what else they could've hoped for. Most likely there is more to the story.

This reminds me of a post someone made about the Wynn Poker Room and it's decline....circa....2009....

That being said, I think a more appropriate title for this thread would be something along the lines of "Wynn Management Prove's Einstein Theory Correct, re: Craziness"

Really sucks because they had it right the first time. Then someone went and started trying to fix what wasn't broken.

I miss me some people from Michigan...like...3 of them...maybe just 1, but seriously all of them were excellent at what they were recruited to do.

Seems a little paranoid. I'm sure poker table USB chargers are set up to steal personal info. Anyway, we still need USB chargers at Wynn damn it.

And there are easy/inexpensive ways to bring your own charging ports. For example:

I probably have the title for most hours in the Wynn house the past year (1,949 hours...sick brag obv). I didn't want to play anywhere else because I thought it was the best poker room in Vegas. I officially met Joe a few weeks ago and thought he was a nice guy and ran a great room. If the news is true, this is a big loss for the Wynn and I wish him the best.

There might be some relationship between him getting fired and somebody playing in his room for 2000 hours without ever meeting him.

Hello,

Is there anyone with Mr Vigor's contact info which can be sent to me via PM?

Thanks.

Friend has his phone hacked by using an airport USB terminal. It's a real thing, however rare.

iOS won't allow other devices to access phone unless you approve it, think this has been true since iOS 7. Still charges.

he will be replaced by Ryan (Bo), the current poker manager at the Wynn Macau. There is a prevailing sky is falling attitude around here about the news of his departure, he has made every correct decision over here, basically destroying every other poker room in the country and is a big picture thinker. He should do good things out there, good day for vegas regs.

Bo is the man. Seriously, no one comes close to his ability to smartly manage a poker room and keep everything running smoothly.
