i think it would be 60% if he were to pay income tax on it. atleast in sweden, however, this is not how it works with poker winnings. in sweden it is 30%. this is due to the fact that poker is viewed as a luck based game, not skill-based. otherwise u would be able to deduct your losses etc. hence the idea of losing money in vegas before going back(wink wink) as someone mentioned would not work. could someone post the hand history of the last hand btw? i was surfing for porn simultaneously and missed it.
