Who would you say is the current "poster boy" of online poker? - Page 2 - Poker News

If you're talk about recreational players' view of a poster boy, then it's nobody.
I mean, the two rec players I know in real life still think Chris Ferguson rules.

If i asked my friends who don't play to name a poker player they would say Helmuth and thats it. Except for the one guy who used to watch late night poker as well and could probably remember Devilfish.

edit: Oh I forgot, Vicky Coren. If they could overcome the gender bias in the question and our minds they would remember she plays and they all love her.

Posterboy for online poker? There isn't one. Somerville is a poster boy for mid stakes live stream grinding. Bilizerian is the poster boy for drugs, guns, fake tits and sometime high stakes live poker.

Ike, Galfond, WCG and Jungleman are all in contention for those who still sweat HS online. I don't think there is a clear favorite.

OP durrrrr didnt come up with massive overbets other than randomly doing it every now and then like everyone else. Isildur1 crushed his soul much thanks to overbets though, it was a huge part of his game in-09
