What is wrong with Powerpoker ?

I am not an American and I asked for a withdrawal 10 days ago to my Neteller account. Normally its in my account within 48 hours.

Now I have been waiting more than 10 days. I sent them a mail but only a standard reply like they are sorry for any delays blah blah blah.

So is Powerpoker and Cake in trouble or is this just a coincidence?

Powerpoker belongs to the Cake network and they had a lot of american players. I am just worried that they also have problems after Black Friday.
