What is the standard tip for winning 500k in a WPT event?

I read somewhere in this thread that a tournament dealer is making anywhere from $12-$16 an hour dealing a tournament not bad for a 4 week career course. Maybe less maybe more i'm not sure. But these tournaments bring in a lot of players which in turn brings a lot of cash games on the side where they could be making twice as much if not more in a 8hr shift. I think tipping should be a left up to the player if he feels generous go for it if hes not i'm not gonna shame him for it.

I hope there isn't a thread after I ship the $1 Million at Hardrock this weekend and tip $3.50.
