It’s not hypocrisy saying Russians VPNing to US sites isnt the same as US players playing inside the US.
My view point is you can’t (or shouldn’t be allowed to) tell people within a country that they can or cannot play because of the state they reside in. Countries is something entirely different.
I think it’s a joke that I can play on WSOPNJ if I drive 2 hours to their border, but I can’t play while home.
And I already stated it’s an even bigger joke that I can live in NY, travel temporarily to NJ and still play Bovada 24/7 , AND I can actually MOVE to NJ and live there and play, just because I had lived in a “non banned” state. I think any rational person would agree that’s just stupid.
