Great, then as a game of skill it becomes a contest or sport and betting on it flies directly in the face of the Wire Act. There is no winning this case, only fighting for new legislation.

Stop. You have come to some strange conclusion that the Wire Act prohibits games of skill being played for real money. It does NOT. You are making this absurd argument in multiple threads.
