I think it sucks ass.

The more i play it the more i hate it. Its repetitive and bores me after 5 mins. Impossible to use your edge on fish as you have no idea who they are!

The only thing good about it is if ya have a spare 15 mins an wanna blast some hands out.

I doubt Stars is going anywhere for a while. Besides, they can just copy that rush crap from FT. FT sucks anyway.

If pokerstars had rush it would be the end of fulltilt. I rly don't see it happening the other way around.

Stay tuned...
What will it matter if it goes through or not? The good players are not gonna put a webcam up and the bad players will play bad anyway..

This is an idiotic level.

The technical logistics of webcam poker...
Are completely insurmountable...
Not to even mention all the angle possibilities...
Is Stars gonna "police" 1000s of cams?

Maybe for special High Stakes tables...
But it's 2010... and still No Cams For You.

rush poker helps me stay off tilt. I guess its because other players cant get on my nerves because you play with new players almost all the time. I like this. it helps me play my A game.

It looks like the Rush crazy is going away rather quick. The numbers of players at 50/100 NL is off by about 50% over the last 4-5 days alone.

If they do have web cam tables on stars it should be funny to watch a bunch of people exposing their cards because of some reflection from a window, mirror, tv screen, etc.

Webcam poker would attract A LOT of new players. I've personally talked to hundreds of fish who don't play online because they can't use their extraordinary reading ability and/or they believe people are cheating them in some way. The webcams make the fish feel better about both of these.

This topic needs its own thread if there isn't already one.

Also,+EV in Rush poker to try to pick the most common avatar possible and its also good to have an unmemorable name.

I wonder if the concept of "Rush poker" is patented in some way. If Pokerstars could, they should immediately just copy what FTP has 100% and call it lightning poker or something...

I have BR over 4 different sites, do we really need to focus on 1 site only?

I call BS. I've played Rush about 20 times now and it drives me nutz. The swings suck and I am now avoiding FT for one more reason.
