Seems like Natives want to get in the iGaming biz, I feel that them buying merge skins would be a perfect way to cheaply enter the market and protect merge from any DOJ actions. Thoughts?

At this point it would just create more problem for them than they currently have to solve to be able to enter the US market when online poker legislation happens. That type of move would be somewhat adversarial and most likely outside of the scope of the smaller tribes understanding.

For the larger tribes they would just want control themselves. Although if things start to turn against internet poker them buying or starting an internet gaming site that attempted to serve American customers might be a really strong adversarial move for a tribe who had no internet gaming but wanted to test the limits of their sovereignty.

I think the right move at this time for the Indian tribes is to get organized quickly and to display confidence in their ability to offer a competitive gaming site in the United States.
