yeah, i have no respect for anyone just because they run good in a few live donkaments. beating online cash is the only way to earn my respect as a good poker player.
I don't want to take anything from anyone, but first of all the fact that you don't respect someone you probably don't even know personally, but know who he is, is immature in my eyes. Just how i feel. Second, i'm tired of people thinking that online poker is the only way to get respect.
When I first started playing poker seriously, I learned by playing in casinos everyday for 17 months. Literally everyday. It is a far more realistic approach to learning how to play poker in my eyes, but who the hell am I right? Maybe it's why my opinion is so biased. Anyways I am not taking anything from any connssumate online poker players, as i have tried my hand at all four forms of poker on stars, and it is not easy, espically making the transition from one to the other, Live to computer screen that is. Anyways I once seen BB walking in the back area of the Wynn poker room and the look on his face was such an eye opening realization the poker is tuff on people sometimes. So to say that you don't respect anyone who can't beat online cash is absurd in my eyes. It's not a shot at you it's just something I felt I had to say. That's when i knew he was an ok guy if he wanted to be, and hearing about his interview and how he conducted himself is no surprise to me.
