It was 6 handed. Luggi, ivey, hansen and benyamine under his other name had either played in the game or were playing currently. The flop or board was a66 and the preflop was 3 bet with 4 callers. it was half pot half pot and bet river with a shove all in. I dont remember it exactly but I remember afterward he had over 700k on the table after that pot and the other guy had either nothing or very little. It was a omaha hi pot limit game

At the time no high stakes games were running on full tilt. In the chat of a holdem game, Phil Ivey was talking to erick lindgren and another pro, and said why dont they kick up the stakes in a stud game. Put a high stakes stud game in with a high ante. I remember him chatting twice about making sure they put a high ante on the stud game. About 10minutes later a the stud game showed up in the lobby and he started to play with someone. During that week nl and omaha game started to have higher stakes. Within a month or so of this occuring is when the pot occurred. I am positive someone from here or a railbird can confirm this because observer chat went nuts. The pot was between 2am and 7am est

Wonder if this would be bigger if FTP would allow others to play in the 500/1000 game instead of ivey.

Does FTP still let you buy a table name with points? If so someone should buy one and make it a 500/1000 PLO game.

If you're thinking of a 4-way PLO pot all-in preflop, it was at 200/400 and was for about $260k.

As for a 700k pot... well... I just don't know, never heard of it.

It wasnt all in preflop. There were 4 people in the pot to the flop and two people thereafter who had the huge stacks

Was this in a 3 handed game with PA in it? I remember reading about a three handed game with PA in it and bad_ip had over $1 mil stack when they stopped playing. This was like 2-3 years a go.
pretty sure this occured @ a hu tbl when fast freddie lost his chat for repeatedly cussing out the moderator, though i may be confused

I didn't see the game but I'm sure I read somewhere (most likely some finnish poker site) about that 3 handed game where PA lost heavily, and bad_ip had $1 million stack in the end. Must have had some pretty decent pots as well.

I think Bugman might be right. In the first 1-2 months immediately after FTP opened the big games, PA ran super super hot.

I remember chatting with a Finnish guy who knows PA at the time and he said PA won like every session in that period and I think made around 2m.

I think people weren't tracking the games so much then and there was not as much railbird action, so it's very possible some huge pots got overlooked.

Poll: Would you get in a 400K+ pot with AJ on a board with 2 Aces & no straights/flushes possible? Seriously, how can bad_ip get it in with a smaller A that deep. Was probably tilting heavily.

Lodden had A8 or A9 AFAIK. The whole match was just borderline insane when it comes to aggression and bluff frequencies. Can´t find the original thread but there´s a screenshot where FF 4-bet shoved for like 200k with Jack hi no draw on a ragged flop some hands before that one (and obv. showed). They both played like it´s play money anyway. Those games aren´t played anymore.

Not sure if tilt was involved. Guess he had to call a lot very lightly given his opponent/match flow.

Pretty similar to Ivey vs PA.

In that case I can understand what Lodden was thinking.

PA's heart rate went up quite a bit during the soul read attempt. Maybe human after all.

I really wish I could remember everything, I do remember the following very clearly. One guy(who i am pretty sure was ballsrider) not luggi was extremely hot busting everyone. I actually think ballsrider may have won the hand. Ballsrider was also playing 2 tables with huge stacks. I also remember that this game went on for 3 days and the pots were wild. ballsrider was at 6oclock and luggi at 1oclock on the table. Ivey also played here and there and it was alway in the early 1am-7am hours eastern standard time. Hansen played alot too. at the time i did not know that benyamine was ballsrider.
