Is there anything unethical about rebuying into the same tourney with a 2nd account? Is there anything unethical about rebuying into the same tourney with a 2nd account?

I'm a big stickler for rules and ethics, but after thinking about this situation, I think it's perfectly fine.

KSOT is not using two accounts at once. He would only use the second if he busted out with the first. The only advantage he could possibly get from this would be if he happened to get seated at the same table he was at with the first account, therefore already knowing how his opponents play (but, as it's a freeroll during a rebuy period, chances are that having knowledge of the opponents isn't too important - assume they play like maniacs).

In fact, since he would enter when the blinds are higher and when more opponents have him covered, he's at a disadvantage.

Personally, I'd probably avoid doing anything that would even approach a gray ethical area, but if I found out an opponent did this, I wouldn't have a problem with it. He is not gaining any sort of advantage.

As for taking away equity from his opponents, as others have said, since there are so many people in the freeroll, the effect is negligible.

Agreed...I see nothing wrong with this. It is the same as using one account with multiple gold cards, but they happen to be spread over two skins. So long as you don't put the two in at once I see no problem with it at all. Go for it.

As for it 'ripping off cake poker'...it really isn't, they give out the gold cards, those gold cards turn into freeroll registrations. And like the person above said, you gain no advantage in such a large donk-filled field by 'changing images' when you bust your first account.

Good luck!

I think the answer to your question is quite obvious.
DO ANY OF YOU PEOPLE UNDERSTAND ENGLISH??? THE QUESTION HE ASKED MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR BOTH THE ACCOUMTS TO GO DEEP!!!! YOU PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF NIMRODS.

Why are there so many people that don't understand the original ?, I am seriously womdering if chimpanzees are smarter than the average human.
