If you manage to get around all the bots and RTA users GG will probably just close your account anyway.

to think someone/multiple people had superuser status for weeks/months and was only able to steal 29k and win one donkamat is idiotic.

that doesn't mean people haven't programmed software to monitor multiple tables and to click the open seat in a millisecond, thus gaining an unfair advantage.

I never said that. There are seating scripts for GG out there if you look close enough.

Jason Koon and his integrity team are working around the clock to resolve this issue.

And has everyone forgotten about GangsterGangster's "little" superuser bug? What will be their next one? 300 thousand donkeys playing there

I think GangsterGangster is that user making a ‘humerous’ play on GG. Might be wrong though b

That's what concerns me the most. Not that they had a security leak, but the fact it got noticed for such a long time by their security, they had a player making 90bb/100 and no alarm bells rang, while a lot of people get kicked out of GGpoker for reasons they themself don't know, sometimes for bumhunting.

I think Bumhunting would be harder to detect than just insane winrates like 90bb/100. It makes me wonder if foul play is in order from the site itself.

We had a post on this thread 8 or 9 days ago flagging other highly suspicious users with crazy results since June 2023. I’ve been waiting to report them ever since, but none of them have been in the pool since this post was made. Lying low? Have GG been closing down these cheating accounts? Or is this simply coincidence..

GG should come out with a fuller statement that they investigated and cleaned things up or whatever, unless it is insiders and they have too much to hide.

That's what concerns me, if they can't catch such an obvious cheater are we really to believe that they are preventing people from collusion/sharing hole cards, for example?

So have GGPoker just made tha blog post about 20k being refunded and then moved on from this?

There is 100% multiple millions of $ that has been cheated from the midstakes community and they are just going to hope this goes away?

What is the next step for mtt players who have been clearly robbed here? Are there any regulator that can step in and get us reimbursed? If not is it plausible to go down the legal route and have solicitors look at this?

There is no legal route sir.

The next step: stop playing on GG

Yeah people are running around looking for recourse, statements, and guarantees of safety. But there’s only one real answer

But it’s possible to win anyway or perhaps one is having fun regardless, then by all means keep at it. Just don’t act surprised at the next one

take up the topic (forgive me for my errors)

On forum https://forum.gipsyteam.ru/index.php?viewtopic=174356 people created a post about Flipout 180k

Quote:
01/13/24 at 18:00 Moscow time. In the Flipout 180k tournament (New Year's freeroll for completing tasks), a completely new account appeared at the same table with me, and to get into this tournament I had to earn chips by completing tasks. Players who completed 8 daily tasks took part in this tournament, the question is where did he get it from? chips? The poker support said that they would conduct a check, they said that they do not share the results of the check with the players. I think this bot is related to Pokerok. I'll post the screenshots below.

Hey just to put you at ease he would have accrued the chips from care/cheers in cash games - which you do not have any visibility on.

Yeah, whoever made those screen shots (doesn't appear to be the same guy who posted them here) probably should provide more detail on what those "tasks" are, and if there is any way to bypass them. At the moment, the Flipout shots could range from major red flag to absolute nothingburger.

Yes, I understand that he could play private games and we will not be able to see his statistics. This is not accusing GG of cheating, but simply observing interesting winnings. Similarly, in the boutny tournament, the top knockout 100k was won by a nickname with similar empty statistics.

He writes that he sent a request to the GG support service and is awaiting a response from them.
