Yeah! That does not bore well for Abe’s side...but overall, it’s clear Eli is at the wrong (with mutiple other accusers). But Abe’s wife didn’t do their side any favors.

This thread has gone off the rails.

The fire and fury of the first few AbeandLeesa posts held a lot of promise of actually providing useful information. Looking back at how the thread developed, those now seem to be the work of a very drunk and hysterical person who, rightly, thought the time was ripe to sling any kind of allegation on Eli since his credibility was so low.

Many bombshell revelations were hinted but never realized because apparently some lawyer advised them not to. This same lawyer has no problem with Abe & Leesa saying anything else on here including saying what's in those texts without actually showing us what they are.. I doubt there is any lawyer involved and I also doubt there are any text messages. That doesn't make Eli less of a scumbag but it just makes me feel there is a lot more to this episode than we know. It feels a lot more like PR warfare between Abe and Eli at this point.

Did we ever find out whether, as claimed by Abe & Leesa, that Eli forged Barry Greenstein's passage or foreword or whatever? That sounded too ridiculous to be true. I imagine there must be many people on this forum who can confirm that story without consulting with 'lawyers'. Wouldn't this conclusively tell us whether both parties involved just make **** up or just one of them?

Eli sadly can't defend himself anymore on this forum I suspect because he struggles to write even basic English and hence preferred to do an interview instead of having somebody on call at all times to dictate his responses to.

My point is no lawyer, expensive or cheap, would have advised AbeandLeesa to go railing against Eli in the manner they have if they were in fact being consulted. Abe is still trying to clean up the mess that Leesa made.

'My lawyer advised me against it' is the easiest way to avoid doing something you said you would do but then get called out. I've done it myself. It works like a charm.

Personal lawyers do not prosecute crimes.

US District Atty's prosecute federal crimes (For example Preet Baharda was US District Atty, Southern District of NY)

States and local jurisdictions have their own DA's like Jack McCoy of Law and Order fame.

2) Eli never said her father was a mobster. He said he got a text from her in which she claimed her father was a mobster and he better pay her back.

The thing that's most surprising to me about all this is how young Abe Mosseri is. Given the writing style, the mastery of the internet, the Russian wife, etc. I assumed he had to be older than Mason a the very least.

Correct. My lawyer conttacted the man Eli,is claming to be HIS lawyer. He stated he had not spoke to Eli since last summer because Eli skipped on enormous legal bill.

These statements make a lot of sense.

But almost all posts here attributed to Abe are questionable, apparently almost all are by his wife. The writing style is just too "not normal".

This lawyer crap doesn't make sense/all these threats to post evidence but then backing down, it sounds like a 20 year old kid posting not some 40 year old very successfull high stakes professional.

Whole situation is weird actually/I'm certainly not taking Eli's side on this but there is fisheeness all around.
