Can I ask where people stay and what they do during these poker festivals in a village with a population of 782?

Is it like stay in Nurnburg or Plzen and get a taxi out there to play every day?

Which part is growing on you?

Players, staff and officials stay either in Rozvadov (the casino has a couple of dozen rooms and the hotel extension will add 200-300 more by the end of the year I believe) or in surrounding towns (including across the border in Germany). Shuttle cars and minivans are available pretty much 24/7 for those staying a bit outside the casino area of Rozvadov itself.

The casino is only half an hour from Plzen and an hour or so from Prague, but the majority find enough to do at the casino (cash games, free food, slots, roulette, etc, bars and what-not)

I was there reporting on the WSOP Circuit at the end of last year and you can find a 'google walk-through' of the King's Casino on their site or in my article on it if you want to see what it's like - it's impressive.

At the Circuit event a lot of people were playing basically 24/7! It's more a place for real poker fanatics than 'poker tourists', but if you have transport it's possible to mix the tournaments with visits to the big cities quite easily.

What's the early betting line on this compelling match?

I heard ESPN are going to be doing a live broadcast and am now really torn between watching it on tv, I LOVE their shows, or flying out and getting to see these two go at it in person. Are many 2p2 ers gong to fly out we could have a meet up and talk about who we want to win *eeek* excited. If enough fans want to just watch it on ESPN we could maybe have a sleepover and get pizza and watch it LIVE with Norm and the other guy, did I mention I LOVE their show.

King's Rozvadov is one of the best places I've ever played a low-stakes festival though, and although it's not exactly in a booming metropolis, I got drunk with other poker heads and chatted nonsense.

...and I wouldn't be able to find mine, because yours would be so relatively large it would completely obscure my view.
