Unsure if this is the right forum to post in but I think its important everyone knows about this.

There is a huge Skype vulnerability atm where if you know the email with which the account was created you can get access to their account.

To prevent this you must follow these steps:

- log in on skype.com
- go to the profile, click edit and add an email address an attacker won't guess.
- click save
- click edit again, set the new address as primary
- click save, enter the password and click the enter button or it won't work.
- delete the old email

The password reset option has been disabled so nobody can take advantage of this anymore. Expect a Skype update soon. The real question is:

-How long as this been a vulnerabilty for?
-How do we think this is the right forum to discuss this issue?

LOL @ skype. True danger for poker players lies in asking for money swaps and possibly when you share your screen I guess. Or clicking a malicious link.
