He just needs more cardio, a lot of healthy grains and vegetables, low fat, and eat 5-6 small meals per day to stoke the metabolic fire.

Muscle burns calories, flab doesn't. He needs to do some resistance training to get that body fat down.

The amount of extra calories Deeb would burn if he even put on 5kg of pure muscle wouldn't make much difference to be honest. The calories muscle burns is often over exaggerated.

He'd burn up way more calories putting on the muscle than the calories that the 5kg would burn up in the remainder of the challenge.

He needs to lift weights in order to preserve lean mass so he can win the bet.

The bet isnt technically won by losing x amount of fat, even though that's a required component to reach the goal.

It's won by having a ratio of 17% bodyfat to other mass. Increasing the lean mass/other mass means he needs to lose less fat to win.

He needs maximum other mass, so he should lift. Lifting regularly also increases glycogen storage, which binds water in the body (even more other mass to win the bet with).

He should also take creatine and almost most importantly of all binge eat carbs and salt and liquids the two days before final scan.

is it allowed to transplant stuff to the body? i he would add 4 pieces of metal at 2 kg each that would help immensely.

Is it allowed for Deeb to have his jaw wired shut?

How much weight of metal would Deeb have to transplant onto his body to win the bet without losing any real weight at all? He would be a human tank.

quite a lot but if he drops another 20-30 of the easy starting pounds, then goes for a couple of liposuctions to get rid of another 30-40 he probably wins the bet with something like a 50 pound metal transplant.

In the 6th bracelet pic he does look a lot thinner, maybe 30lbs.

He is alive but he needs to get through his thick skull he needs to be 150lbs to win this. Or 155 on clomid + lifting. Or 170lbs on copious amounts of steroids and lifting.

This.

Shaundeeb has a big frame and is legit big-boned ... to get to 150 lbs would imply concentration camp looks.

Most fat people are legit big boned cuz the constant additional pressure of moving their heavy body weight makes their bones denser and stronger.
I wonder tho if bones don't go back to a normal density after fat people lose weight.

Thats America, 5'7 150lbs male equals concentration camp.

Well the average American woman is 5'4" 167lbs, so that makes sense.

Even if it wasnt, "bone" isnt fat so it would work in Deeb's favor if true

I have almost the same stats as Deeb and I was thinking of doing something similar. I weigh around 300 pounds. Just turned 38 couple weeks ago and I am 5 foot 10”.
I wonder if I could get any kind of action.
I have went on big weight loss swings myself before. It takes a lot of discipline and exercise. I did keto with intermittent fasting. I lost around 60 pounds once and about 80 the second time. Bust most of the time the eight comes back with additional. It’s really hard to keep off.
Takes a lot of discipline and is a whole different lifestyle.

Just start doing it for yourself. Isn't being healthy enough of a reason?

Of course it is. But also when you stand to win or lose it can help motivate you even more. As poker players and gamblers we know exactly how that goes. I had a bet on it last time I did it. But I ended up buying out.

yea you need to figure out something that's sustainable long term and not just some 3-6 month fix.
