I am very uncomfortable posting in this thread because a known cheater in ZeeJustin(who has admitted to scamming several poker players of their winnings, causing irreprehensible damage to the players involved and really never truly apologized when first confronted with his crime which tells me he is not compassionate or understanding what pain and misery he caused.) I would appreciate if all Mods on 2+2 have a meeting to determine if this individual deserves to post on here or should be suspended(maybe you can "persuade him" to leave quietly) due to his past actions. By allowing an individual such as this on here sets a dangerous precedent to allow other cheaters to post on here who could prey on innocent poker players.

their standpoint is the guy withdrew from the event, so it's not theirs. He's defending them because he wants the ev from playing in their tourneys, which is why the double standard rules are fine for him because he doesn't want something like this to be enforced for his past cheating.

After doing some research to find out who Zeejustin is, I have come to the conclusion that he is no better than DeVita. While one may argue that a pedophile ****s children, Justin ****ed his own peers.

I dont really think giving Devita $20k in cash would have been a good solution....I'll bet many players in the satellite would have preferred to $20k in cash to being forced to take the seat, but they didnt have that option. You dont want to reward Devita for being a pedophile.

They should have just let him play. Our society is understandably very harsh toward pedophiles around children. But in a poker room, he is no theat to anyone. Honestly, I would be very happy if casinos were willing to hire former sex offenders as dealers and such. These people need jobs, and working in a casino would guarantee that they are not close to any children while they are working.

You keep comparing the EPL to other professional sports league like its even close to the same thing. Professional sports league people are PAID money and if they don't follow the rules they dont get PAID. They don't buy in for 20k a game and if they play well they get paid, they are'nt random dudes off the street ponying up their own money to play in the "league".

Just because they are trying to market it as the professional poker players league, does'nt make it so. All poker players can fantasize about being "pro" similar to athletes, but it just is not reality.

ZJ speculated that EPL gave DiVita "something extra", says this was confirmed when DiVita "spoke of" a hotel room.

DiVita says he was not allowed to register for the hotel room.

A reading comprehension fail is the only explanation I can see for ZJ interpreting "I was not allowed to register" to mean "he was given something extra" in the form of a comped hotel room.

This makes no sense. You claim that he withdrew, and therefore, his eligibility was never tested.

There are two options here:

a) He withdrew before his eligibility was tested. If that is the case, the seat was not transferable, and therefore, Xaston should not have received the seat.

b) He was disqualified after his eligibility was tested. If that is the case, his eligibility was tested and he was disqualified, and therefore, Xaston should have received the seat.

It is not logically consistent to say that he withdrew voluntarily and that his seat should have been transferred to another player and that seats are not transferrable.

(a) or (b) above must be true. It is not possible for parts of (a) to be true and also parts of (b) to be true.

One thing is sure Zeejustin is defending this with all his heart but without his brains its like aboy in love .....that the guy shouldent play...ok good for me keep it clean....that its not possible to check up on every 180$sat player i agree with but still he won a seat thats worth 20K you dont want him to play then at least the guy should get 20K and banned from every other sat or mainevent of the EPL.
